Great customer service by the depot

Mold Branch is Fantastic

We liaised with Joe and the team at the Mold branch and could not have been more impressed with the service. Me and my partner were not exactly sure what we needed and Joe made the whole process so simple, providing us with measurements, drawings and explanations throughout that really put us at ease. Any questions we had were never too much and Joe did a great job of helping us to visualise how the new island would fit into kitchen. He also sourced the matching materials to our existing to ensure a great fit into our home. Delivery too was excellent, with fantastic communication as to the precise timing of the delivery - even when I needed to change the date last minute! Overall, I cannot recommend the team at Mold highly enough. Fantastic communication, support and guidance made the whole process seamless and to top it off, the quality and look of the finished product is second to none. Thank you to Joe and the team for transforming our kitchen!
