Service was excellent

The materials supplied were excellent. The customer services at the depot were excellent. The invoicing system and statement issuing is horrendous. Why I can't have an statement attached to email on the 1st of every month I do not know. I spend more time on accounts that I am prepared to do; to the point where it would be sensible to close the account and purchase Magnet equivalents.
