I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Howdens Polegate branch, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the service provided by the team was exceptional. Emma , Jason and Richard were particularly brilliant, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied at every stage. Having visited other Howdens branches in the past, I can confidently say that this one stands out in terms of service. The team was incredibly accommodating and made me feel valued as a customer. Nothing was ever too much trouble; they truly bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with every aspect of my visit. The aftercare at Howdens Polegate is superb. Despite not being my local branch, I find it well worth the travel, knowing that I will receive such exceptional service. The dedication and professionalism exhibited by Emma, Jason, and the entire team at this branch have made it my preferred choice. I would highly recommend the Howdens Polegate branch to anyone seeking top-notch service and customer care. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every interaction.

We are absolutely delighted with the service that we received from Howdens at Polegate and Richard our designer. Right from the very beginning of this massive project for us he was there to offer first class and friendly advice from the early planning stage listening to what we envisaged and offering constructive advice on what would work and possible alternatives to make things work better followed by a detailed design plan to give us an brilliant visual presentation on what our dream kitchen would look like . Richard and the friendly helpful team at Polegate Howdens have been nothing less than amazing

Very happy Richard Heatherstone was great right…

Richard Heatherstone was great right from the beginning On time for the first appointment and very understanding when we dithered over decisions Very prompt in responding to our many questions and he had some very sensible ideas The whole process was extremely efficient . It might be good to warn clients that on delivery there needs to be people there to unload I ended up having to help the driver carry in 2 van loads of boxes ,appliances etc. as there was only the driver and fitters weren't due until next day . But everything else was great and Everything ! Was included in the delivery. Kitchen looks great and I would highly recommend Howdens

Excellent service

Howdens Polegate was recommended by a friend who had previously used the company. I experienced a thoroughly efficient and professional service, from my first contact visiting the showroom through to the installation of the kitchen by my contractor. Howdens accommodated my requests for minor changes along the way. I expect to enjoy my new kitchen for many years.

Howdens Polegate……Excellent service, design and products

We used Howdens Polegate branch…..everyone was very professional and helpful. Richard; the designer did an excellent job, he designed a magnificent fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom, a pair of alcove cupboards in the sitting room and a large dresser style unit in the dinning room. The whole process was trouble free. We would highly recommend Piers the fitter we used. We have been so happy with Howdens service and products that we are getting Richard back to design a fitted wardrobe and desk unit for my daughter’s bedroom and a bench seat with storage and cupboards either side for opposite the fireplace.

Excellent Howdens service

Howdens were very helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble, we dealt with Richard who was friendly and looked after us all the way through to completion! Would not hesitate to recommend. We are vey happy with our new kitchen.

Howdens Polgate

Howdens always provide me as a company with a very good service and I never have too wait for anything I order more than a day if it is not in stock. The branch I use is in Polgate East Sussex and all the staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend using them anytime. Steve from SVH BUILDING

Absolutely love our new Howdens…

Absolutely love our new Howdens kitchen!! The designer really helped bring our vision to life and we recieved great service from the whole of the Polegate team. Nothing was too much trouble and when my husband and I couldn't agree on a specific finish we were offered multiple alternatives and given great advice. Would highly recommend Emma and her team.
