A delightful new kitchen

I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen, Andy and the team at Rochdale Howdens were brilliantI .I had a vision of how I wanted my new kitchen to look and over a few visits Andy’s expertise helped me realize this , the quality of the units and worktops are just what I was looking for . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen

Dream Kitchen

We recently had a new kitchen from Howden’s Rochdale and I have to say what a fantastic store this is. From start to finish the experience of choosing a new kitchen was made so easy. We were expertly guided through the process step by step and felt really understood about what we wanted. From the Appliences to the units we are so happy with our finished kitchen, it is just perfect and we can’t thank Faye enough for her excellent knowledge of the products, professionalism and wonderful service, nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen arrived on time and the young man that delivered it was so helpful (sorry didn’t get his name) 10/10 to Faye and the team at Rochdale… we highly recommend a Howden’s kitchen, thank you so much for creating our dream kitchen 😊

Marlow’s home improvements

I have been using Howdens now for few years been to a few different branches but I have found the Rochdale team are the most experienced and helpful they go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need . Charlotte my designer goes out measures all my jobs to perfection never have any issues and if there is anything that’s not quite right (not often) she sorts it with no issues and no hassle recommend her and her team to anyone

I received my kitchen in October 2023…

I received my kitchen in October 2023 and the customer service I received from Charlotte and her team was above and beyond! They went out their way and nothing was ever to much. The after care has been amazing and communication throughout the process has been fabulous. After using our kitchen for 6months now , we are super happy with it and can't thank Charlotte and her team enough!! :) Appliance wise we have the Lamona dish washer and fridges and happy with them. Rochdale branch

Always great kitchens from Howden’s

Always great kitchens from Howden’s, used them for a long time and they last and look amazing for years ! I am currently using the Rochdale branch and just want to say what a great service they provide, very prompt on time service, delivery arrived exactly when I wanted it and even when I wanted to swap some appliances they catered for me straight away and had them on site before the kitchen was even finished ! Great service and thanks again Faye and your team for all your help ! Would highly recommend Howden’s, Rochdale in particular, if your in the North West !

Amazing service

Rochdale branch

Absolute rip off can't deliver when stated, then deliver a wrong kitchen which has been in their storage for over a month. Kitchen was missing parts, no kitchen plan to work with ended up costing over 3 an half days messing about waiting for appliances and other materials then when trying to order a worktop the manager tried to charge more than I could get it for from another branch. Now they trying to charge for a fridge that has been swapped due to their error. Would never use the rochdale branch ever again Absolute shambles. Rochdale branch. And the best thing is they don't have a customer complaints email.
