Extremely terrible service

Extremely terrible service. I have got my drawing done with Charlotte, and got my own account opened long time ago. Waited for at least 3weeks for my quoet. I have called 3 times and been to Sevenoaks branch for 3 times, still haven't got my quote. Unbelievable!!!

Great Service

We received a great service from Sevenoaks Howdens - initially from Debbie when I made my first enquiry, followed by Charlotte whose suggestions for our utility room have worked successfully. Charlotte listened to my brief for best use of space and came up with excellent ideas. I’m also very pleased with the suggestions on colours, splash backs, taps and sink. Well done!

I’d like to start by saying I never normally leave reviews, but felt the service I got from Sevenoaks Howdens, especially from Debbie and Matt, was outstanding. They guided me with the colours and types on offer and figured out which plan would work best with my kitchen. The result was amazing and we are so happy! I would recommend, from the planning, to the ordering, to the delivery, the service was second to none. Any changes were super easy with no problems at all. Thank you Howdens!

Helpful and friendly staff

Sevenoaks Howdens have been so helpful to not only myself a contractor, but also to each and every one of my clients who decided to use Howdens for their kitchen or bathroom projects. All the staff, from the Debbie on the customer services team, to the designers and warehouse staff are always helpful and cheerful with it. For myself, popping into Sevenoaks Howdens not only enables me to get quality products and great prices, it genuinely cheers me up for the rest of my day!!
