Fabulous kitchen and service from Bev

I had a fabulous experience buying a kitchen from the South Croydon branch and in particular dealing with Bev, who patiently guided me through the process and provided superb advice on the kitchen design. I would heartily recommend Howdens and Bev. The kitchen is amazing and Bev's customer support was outstanding. Bev was there for me the whole way, responding to all my very many questions and providing technical and even emotional support! I made some very late changes and Bev accommodated everything without any fuss. Bev was incredibly friendly and easy to deal with and made the process manageable and even pretty fun. I also really appreciated the way that Bev and Howdens dovetailed with my kitchen fitter - they had clearly worked together for a long time and it felt like I had a team of experienced professionals who I could trust and rely upon. Thank you Howdens and Bev!

Got the kitchen I dreamt of.

Bev designed our kitchen for us and was great. She suggested things that we would never have thought of. After 30+ years I can have my ironing board and iron in a cupboard in the kitchen. The layout works perfectly for us. She listened to us as to what we wanted and put it in place. Would thoroughly recommend Bev and Howdens.

We had such a great experience with Bev…

We had such a great experience with Bev in the South Croydon Branch. She was so honest about things, even advising us to get less items to have a better look. We have a really tiny kitchen and she helped us to get the most of the space without it looking over crowded. She even came out on a Sunday morning to measure up to see what she could squeeze in to make the most of the space. It was a pleasure to work with her and we are so happy with the result! Costs were reasonable when compared to other places and quality seems very good.

Bev at South Croydon Branch...highly recommend to design and plan your new kitchen, nothing was a problem with the constant changes, professionalism and patient was excellent. I would recommend Howden to friends and family if there are looking for a new kitchen. Very happy with my new kitchen, excellent quality.

Great kitchen and customer experience

From the moment I sat down with Bev and discussed my ideas she instantly understood the look I wanted and was able to advise me what would and wouldn’t work. I trusted her judgment all the way and valued her opinion. The kitchen is being fitted and I am over the moon with the outcome. Any problems we have had (which have been minimal ) one telephone call to Howdens south croydon and it has been sorted. Can not recommend the kitchens and Bev and the team enough.

My first fitted kitchen experience was…

My first fitted kitchen experience was with Wren which was a total disaster, would never recommend them to anyone. Someone recommended Howden and the service was excellent from the beginning to end. Bev is an amazing designer, she nailed what we needed. Leah was so helpful throughout this process by communicating with us. I have a beautiful kitchen and extremely happy. Highly Recommend Howden!!!

A massive thank you to Bev who helped my husband and I with our kitchen design. From the start Bev was really friendly, offering helpful advice on the planning stage. She kindly tweaked the plan very slightly a couple of times due to our design changes, which we were really appreciative of. The kitchen units arrived when stated, no issues with the items. Thoroughly pleased with the look of the kitchen. Thank you Bev for all of your help. Would definitely recommend.
