Excellent - Howdens Southend

I used Howdens Southend for my design. Tom Caton was my designer and was great to work with. He made the whole process easy, listened to what I wanted and really supported me to achieve it within budget. He was available to answer questions from me, and my builder. The overall finish is fantastic, I am so pleased with it.

Friendly & helpful service - great designs.

We went to Howdens on the advice of our builder in relation to developing a utility area within our garage. Maddy was an excellent designer & worked speedily & efficiently on a plan for us. We were most impressed by the presentation room at the Southend depot & the guy on reception was also personable & helpful. Unfortunately we had to put the design on hold as an opportunity for the purchase of a bungalow re-emerged. Maddy so impressed us with her manner & helpfulness & we would be very happy to go back to her & Howden for a future home project.

Pointless reviews

I liked the water slide best ! Oh wait that was Alton towers ! What made my experience great ??? I like Howdens it’s my go to trade retailer, I don’t like being sent emails every time I come in asking me to review everything from a box of screws to a door! To be honest most modern products are cheap crap in any case but there the same cheap crap wherever you go , so as long as Howdens are competitive I shall continue to shop there where I can grab a coffee and have a chat and a moan ! Rant over I’m not doing anymore of these reviews 👍

If you are a trader or not

If you are a trader or not, with howdens you will always get what you need at a fair price fantastic service without compromise but if you need to exchange anything at all as long as the items are fully wrapped no problem.
