Disaster. Incomplete deliveries with no prior communication. Warped doors. Damaged cabinets. Missing and insufficient parts No response to put things right.

Two kitchens

During the past month I’ve purchased two kitchen through Adele at the Stourbridge branch. She was extremely accommodating with my elderly parents for which I’m very grateful, they ordered replacement doors and worktops. I ordered a replacement kitchen. I changed the design and colour several times but, nothing was to much trouble for her. Five stars ⭐️ for the service I’ve received thank you Adele

They aren’t built to last

They aren’t built to last ! They look lovely in the showroom but 2 years later, despite being a one person household, my mom, an85 year old lady , the paint has lifted and the wood on the shaker is distorted. After complaining and providing photos, a response has been given that says damage has been caused by ‘excess moisture’ and blamed her cleaning , even without visiting or inspection. I have been moved from being disappointed to being disgusted. Would never recommend!!

Still waiting for delivery.

Workmen been sat here all day. Still waiting for delivery. Can’t tell us where the delivery men are and informed items missing. I hope this isn’t an indication of what the actual product will be like.

Well organised

I visit Howdens (Stourbridge) a lot and other branches at times. All staff that I deal with are knowledgeable and helpful. I have to mention Scott at Stourbridge who seems to have most of the product codes in his head? No negatives to comment on.
