The lovely Georgina from the Stratford…

The lovely Georgina from the Stratford upon Avon branch came to measure and design our kitchen, her knowledge and ideas were invaluable. A week later went the the Stratford showroom, again Georgina's attention to detail and what would work and the best value for money was what secured us, placing the order. When the kitchen was delivered the 2 lads were polite and very helpful moving it all into the house.

Lamona 8676 Dishwasher

Lamona 8676 Dishwasher Absolutely the worst dishwasher we have ever had, and that includes previous Lamona models. Upper cutlery tray leaves cutlery poorly washed and so waste of time to use and waste of money to pay extra for this. So we have to use the basket in the lower level that takes up crockery space. In use since February 2024 and two engineer visits to repair and still it does not wash properly. Howdens aftersales team says the engineer reports nothing not working incorrectly so won't do anything. Need to pre-rinse crockery before washing and running it half empty trying to get things clean. Pity as this is the third Howdens kitchen we have installed and the first to have major unresolved issues with.

Friendly, helpful with “can do attitudes”

The friendly, helpful staff with “can do” attitudes. Deliveries etc ran to the schedule given. Couple of minor hitches were dealt with speedily and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent team and a pleasure to do business with.
