Always helpful
Always helpful. Great service and if on the rare occasion, some thing on the order is missing or damaged- they rectify the issue immediately. Even to the extent personally delivered by management. Customers are always pleased with their kitchens which makes our live so much easier.

Great products great staff and support
The staff a the Howdens Sydenham branch are extremely helpful and have a great knowledge base on all the product ranges. The warehouse staff are super efficient and always happy to help.

Howdens came out to see me 4 weeks ago
Howdens came out to see me 4 weeks ago. Despite phone calls they have still not sent my draft kitchen plan. They did tell my builder yesterday they sent it so if they have got my email address wrong they would have received a delivery failure message. They also l told the builder they would ring me, no one has. I am not happy with the service.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish! The rep took excellent care of us throughout the process. Despite needing to make a few changes and receiving an incorrect worktop initially, everything was handled smoothly and without any fuss. All units arrived on time and included all the necessary parts for assembly. The ready-assembled units were a lifesaver, making the assembly process incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

Very poor aftercare snd customer from…
Very poor aftercare snd customer from Paul in Sydenham. I asked for a replacement door, he asked no questions sent me on a wild goose chase to another store, with no support or guidance. He did not give me I instructions that i needed to pay the other store for the replacement door. (If i had to pay i would have taken my credit card I had I 45 minute round trip. (but paying for a replacement door after spending 15K in store is shocking). Once I got to the other store they asked i speak to Paul again , Paul's approach was abrupt and rude, with customer service skill leaves much to be desired. Incredibly frustrating. Fortunately the Norwood store was much more supportive, with fantastic customer service and kind human approach. Sydenham could learn from the team at Norwood.

Disappointed
Am landlord first time bought kitchen from Howden Sydenham first got charge £100 delivery got charge for handels three drawers panels was damage keep me waiting for 35 minutes and I got charged for new ones I didn’t get invoice ask after a week and got copy not quality kitchen young boy on the counter very helpful

Exception service
Exception service. Howdens supplied the elements for my kitchen several years ago, but it isn't that that I wanted to write about. Recently my oven was beyond repair due to damage I caused. I wrote to Howdens at about 11pm on a Friday night to buy a new one . By midday on Saturday Howdens had arranged for the delivery of a new oven. I was very impressed with the customer service and communication from depot manager Paul Clarke.

The whole experience was wonderful
The whole experience was wonderful. We have used Howdens before and this is why we came back. We are satisfied customers not just with the products that they have on offer but with the whole process from booking the first visit for a free design quote to providing the design, quote and finally the main important part the price that fits the bill.
