Fantastic customer service!

We had a fantastic experience when we first had our kitchen designed and bought from Howdens (2021) The units are well made and the colour scheme is perfect. Three and a bit years on our kitchen swan neck tap started to play up. Actually the levers for hot and cold wouldn’t work. We payed a local plumber to fix the taps but a month or so later the levers went again. We were having to use pliers to turn the hot tap on. I drove to the Tamworth branch to ask if they sold spares and could I buy new levers? Otherwise could I have the price for a whole new swan neck tap. I dealt with a lady called Jo, she said she would investigate and I would come back in half an hour or so. On my return, she had a new tap waiting for me, at no cost, and apologised for the trouble I had had with the taps. The new tap was a gesture of good will and continued custom. I was blown away by this and was extremely grateful. The service at this branch has been second to none and would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen to go and experience it yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Never had an issue with Howdens products.

Never had any issues with the products and the staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to get on with. (Tamworth branch). Helen does my designs and I’ve never had any issues with clients who are always satisfied with the finished installation. Kitchens are quality and easy to install, which makes my life much easier. All in all very satisfied.
