Our Howdens kitchen has just been completed. Polly at tvte designed it which was amazing with so much storage as requested. North East projects (Jake the owner) and his team did a fantastic job, he is very calm making sure everything turns out perfect. Thank you so much

Friendly helpful staff.

I cannot think of any member of staff at Howdens Team Valley (or any other Howdens) who are not welcoming and friendly. Staff appear to be very knowledgeable about products and services. Sonya is a credit to the company by her prompt attention to service and updates to the business.

Howdens Team Valley

We did some homework before ordering our kitchen looking at past reviews and reading up about Howdens kitchens in the WHICH magazine. We then got in touch with Polly Fitsimmons (kitchen sales designer at team valley branch ) who came out to talk us through the process and measure up before we went to their presentation suite. From then on the choosing of units and extra suggestions from Polly went smoothly and within a few weeks of ordering the build started. Howden's only supply to the trade and if we hadn't got a builder they offer suggestions. It was quite a large project and although there was a few hiccups (missing or wrong panels ) they were corrected easily without problem with no wait time as builder popped down to pick items up . The units are solid and of excellent quality and I'm loving all the drawers for the interior. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we are more than happy with the end result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
