We visited Mary many times and she was always so helpful and accommodating to all our queries and changes along the way. We really felt that she was as determined as us to get the very best kitchen for us and was so incredibly helpful and patient. Well done Mary and thank you for a lovely kitchen.

Well I got some screws from your Thame…

Well I got some screws from your Thame depot which had a printout saying 50% off all screws wasn’t till I got to my job a checked the email invoice they hadn’t taken the 50% off so a couple of phone calls later from me (5 in total ) they worked it all out but unfortunately it went on to my credit account so now I’ve got to buy more stuff from howdens which at present I don’t really won’t to do .

I was lucky enough to meet Mary from the Thame branch, that lady has the patience of a saint and was always happy and helpful in designing our kitchen, can’t speak highly enough. Haven’t got the kitchen yet but the service so far is excellent.
