Design process was good but let down by…

Design process was good but let down by aftersales. Fitter supplied with wrong materials. Young man on counter couldnt understand what the fitter was talking about, he had no fitting understanding at all. Asked to speak with the designer to see why she supplied items but blocked at every opportunity. Asked to speak with the manager but he was always too busy to take my call. Requested call back by manager (craig i believe) but no call to me or my fitter.

This is the second time I have used them..

This is the second time I have used Howdens. Good quality, superb service from the Warminster branch. Staff really friendly, nothing was too much trouble, especially I think it was Craig, the manager. Highly reccommend. The delivery driver who I think was called John was also amazing bringing in the delivery for my elderly father. I'm not going to have a reason to use you again which is a shame! But will continue to reccomend you. Keep up the good work. Oh, actually my only frustration was not being able to contact the company direcrly to pass on my thanks (I did so face to face but wanted people higher up to know)
