The people at Waterlooville Howdens are very helpful.

The people at Waterlooville Howdens could not have been more helpful. Rob came out to design our kitchen, seamlessly putting an old and a newer part of a room together. Materials were delivered and because later we could see that we could modify and also increase storage, Howdens took back some still packed materials and we could swap in others, with the alterations to the bill listed for later. They could not have been more cooperative with our builder to allow discussions and changes. End result is great, so big thanks to Howdens.

Wrong flooring delivered

Ordered flooring but Howdens of waterlooville delivered the wrong flooring which the fitter laid unaware of this. As a 'good will gesture' they supplied the correct flooring. However they have refused to reimburse the cost of the fitter £400. So I have had to pay this twice. Not happy

The Howdens experience

The whole experience from initial contact with Paris to the detail she went to in designing, visiting our home and then finalising at the showroom. Everything was put together in a professional and expert fashion. She was quick to answer queries and courteous and polite every time.
