Well deserved 5 stars on all counts

The staff at the Goring Branch are always very courteous and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Goods received are always of the highest quality and delivery arrangements are always on time - No more to be said - 5 stars all round.

Can’t trust the counter staff

Booked a handle out. As I put it in the car realised it was the wrong one. Immediately returned it and booked another. The guy assured me he would credit the first one, but what a surprise I’ve had an invoice for both. Have emailed twice in the last week and not had a reply. Won’t be going to the West Worthing branch ever again. Need to make a formal complaint as no doubt he hoped I wouldn’t notice and would have had the handle away!!

Great service from West Worthing Howdens

Popped in to have a look at some wardrobe doors and was served by Max. While pricing everything up I noticed an offer on flooring and decided to take some of flooring but needed more packs. Max and Jordan then helped me source the other packs I required from two other depots, which was great. West Worthing branch are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!
