Had kitchen survey done agreed kitchen plan Fitted kitchen to find out only one backsplash delivered when told I wanted splash backsplash all round Went back said it to the manager and they told me I had to pay for them Have a few kitchens coming up in the next few weeks but not giving them to your company sorry have dealt with you for years and this is what I get back

Unbelievably helpful

Unbelievably helpful. I would definitely use Howdens again. I now have an almost bespoke kitchen, for a very reasonable price. Andrew Soley the designer was exceptionally patient and creative. 5 star service. Extremely happy customer!

I gave plenty of notice for my order

I gave plenty of notice for my order of two glazed oak doors and was told they were ready to pick up! When I arrived one door had been knocking around for some time with no wrapping and was damaged! Not impressed!! Was then sent from Windsor to Egham to collect a replacement! Would be helpful if stock was checked before being made available!!

Amazing Kitchens and Service from Howdens

We bought a new kitchen from Howdens in Windsor, and from the first consultation to providing after-service, they have been first-class. Their installation specialist, Kevin, was a dream to work with. Completing the installation on time and with very little disruption, outside of the expected inconvenience of not being able to use our kitchen. He always arrived on time every morning, with a smile on his face and a can-do attitude. The other suppliers, worktops, and electricians were just as professional, and Howdens was more than happy to assist with any snags after completion. The kitchen looks amazing, and I would highly recommend them.
