We will beat all equivalent competitor quotes for kitchen and door products of comparable specification, quality, style and composition. Trade customers only. Excludes online-only competitors. Excludes discontinued, clearance and ex-display stock. Excludes delivery and installation. Appliances must be same make and model. Competitor quotes must include comparable product warranty. Copy of competitor quote must be provided at time of claiming offer. Offer only applies to first quote issued by competitor. Competitor quotes must be dated up to 28 days prior to the issue of our quote and must have been issued in writing on competitor’s headed paper or from its official email address. Our quote is valid for 30 days. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue this offer at any time.

Applies to Howdens Quartz & Dekton Solid Work Surface offering only. We aim to fit 10 working days from template. We will let you know if we are unable to meet the timescale. Republic of Ireland only.

Any changes to the order after the template survey, will reset the 10 working day timescale from the point the change has been confirmed in writing.

The above timescale does not apply to:

• projects that are complex and/or larger than average and/or have special requirements.

• premises where access is limited and/or problematic in the circumstance, and premises located in remote and/or non-mainland Republic of Ireland locations.

• circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, where something occurs prior to fit that impacts/prevents ability to fit (for example, where a kitchen is not correctly installed or essential works have not been completed), or where product is not available due to supply chain issues and/or delivery issues.

• circumstances where there are health and safety concerns.

Due to ultra compaction process involved in the manufacture of Dekton, occasionally material pathologies and/or defects may occur during worktop production. In such cases, we will immediately inform you and provide a revised timescale (which shall be no more than 10 working days from the date of notification).

Subject to the above exclusions, the timescale applies to Quartz & Dekton Solid Work Surfaces only, that are to be installed in a residential/domestic home in mainland Republic of Ireland only.

Kitchens Before Christmas

Our guarantee is on the basis that the invoice date is no later than 02.12.25, with final depot deliveries by 17.12.25 and depot collection by 12pm on the 24.12.25. For Bespoke Solid Work Surface, invoice date is no later than 28.11.25, templating by 05.12.25 and fitting by 19.12.25. For Paint to Order, invoice date is no later than 02.12.25, with final depot deliveries by 16.12.25. Product only. Applies only to depots and residents in RoI only. Trade customers only. Available while stocks last. Delivery subject to additional cost. We reserve the right to suspend this guarantee at any time for reasons outside our control.

General details

By entering the Miele – 125 Year Campaign promotion (the "Promotion"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions"). Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the “United Kingdom”) and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and the staff or family of any Miele retailer, agency and anyone else professionally associated with this Promotion.
Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the date of an eligible appliance purchase prior to entry, but within the Purchase Period (as defined below), as this will be required on entry and may be required for validation in order for winners to receive their Prize. This Promotion applies to the eligible Miele-branded appliances as detailed in Clause 6 below (each an "Appliance"). Please retain the Appliance purchased as the Appliance cannot be returned during the Entry Period (as defined below), except where you are legally entitled to return the Appliance, for example if the Appliance is faulty. Grand Prize requires photographic evidence that the appliance has not been returned. Internet access, computer and a valid UK or Irish bank account are also required for entry.

How to enter

Purchase Period: Entrants must purchase an Appliance between 00:01 BST on 1 May 2024 and 23:59 BST on 30 April 2025 ("Purchase Period") to be eligible to enter the Promotion.
Entry Period: Entrants who purchased an Appliance during the Purchase Period must then submit their entry during one of the applicable promotion entry periods set out below. This Promotion will run between 00:01 BST on the 1 of May 2024 and 23:59 BST on the 30 of June 2025 inclusive, with twelve (12) Monthly Promotion entry periods and a Grand Promotion entry period. The Monthly Promotion Entry Period ends at 23:59 BST on 30/04/2025. The Grand Promotion Entry Period ends 23:59 BST on 30/06/2025.
