Excellent service
All staff were really helpful throughout my kitchen being fitted. I dealt with mainly Sharon, and she needs some recognition. She went above and beyond to help me, and nothing was too much trouble. She was knowledgeable and so friendly. I definately would use howdens stockport again just for the customer service I received. Thank you

Lovely kitchen, but decorative plinths and aftercare disappointing
We’re really pleased with the look of our new Howdens kitchen overall, but very disappointed with the decorative plinths and the way our complaint has been handled. Six of the seven external plinth corners were damaged on or shortly after the day they were fitted, despite being installed by a professional following Howdens’ own instructions. There have been no leaks or obvious misuse, so this level of damage so quickly doesn’t feel acceptable for a premium kitchen product. When we raised this with the depot and Customer Services, Howdens repeatedly blamed “installation error” based on photos, but did not clearly explain what they believe was done wrong or offer replacements under warranty. I’ve since seen other customers online reporting similar issues with these decorative plinths, which makes me even more concerned about their durability.
