Spent 45 minutes picking up ONE item!

Spent 45 minutes picking up ONE item! Took 15 minutes to be seen by anyone, all while 2 young ladies are walking about and chatting - doing anything to not serve people. Then waiting in the collection area for 20 minutes as no one is there to see you! Poor service. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because the older ladies are lovely and the man behind the counter is very helpful.

Excellent service and great value Had a fantastic experience with Howdens. They designed and supplied our kitchen, which was excellent value for money and great quality. Special thanks to manager Steve Day and the team, who went above and beyond – his customer service was exceptional, and he adapted the design perfectly to suit our needs. Highly recommended!
