About the Prize Draws
- The promoter of the Prize Draws is Howden Joinery Limited of 105 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 1QY (“Promoter”).
- By entering the Touring Car Race Day with Andrew Watson - VIP Ticket Prize Draws (Round 1) (“Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
- The Prize Draws start at 00:00:01 BST on 6 May 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 BST on 12 May 2024 (“Prize Draw Period”). You must submit your entries within the Prize Draw Period.
- The Prize Draws are only open to permanent legal residents of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over. For the avoidance of doubt, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man are excluded from the Prize Draws.
- No limit on the number of entries.
- Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Prize Draws and all affiliates of such companies may not enter.
Entering the Prize Draws
- To enter the Prize Draws eligible entrants will need to complete all the following:
a. follow @howdensjoinery on Instagram; and
b. follow @andrew_watson11 on Instagram; and
c. tag a friend in the comments section of the Touring Car Race Day with Andrew Watson - VIP Ticket Prize Draws (Round 1) on Instagram (minimum of 1 (one) required) AND in that comment include the name of the race you want to attend 'Thruxton', 'Oulton Park' and 'Knockhill'.
Entrants can comment as many times as they want, each tag must be in a separate comment, each additional comment (on top of the one required as a minimum) shall count as an additional entry for that entrant.
- PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE EXACT NAME OF THE RACE YOU WISH TO ATTEND AND THEREFORE THE DRAW YOU WISH TO BE ENTERED INTO. ENSURE YOU SPELL THE RACE NAME CORRECTLY, OTHERWISE YOU SHALL NOT BE ENTERED INTO THE DRAW.
- There will be 3 prize draws. Everyone that submits ‘Thruxton’ will go into the Thruxton draw to win the Thruxton prize, everyone that submits ‘Oulton Park’ will go into the Oulton Park draw with a chance to win the Oulton Park prize; and everyone that submits ‘Knockhill’ will be submitted into the Knockhill draw with a chance to win the Knockhill prize. There is no overlap between draws. See point 19 below for prize details.
- THIS PRIZE DRAWS ARE FREE TO ENTER, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- In entering the Prize Draws, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draws and in the absence of any such proof, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion.
- You must only post appropriate content. Posts must not contain anything that may reasonably be considered threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, indecent, offensive, discriminatory, derogatory, violent, liable to incite racial hatred or otherwise unlawful. Posts must not include competitor products or branding, alcohol, cigarettes, drug paraphernalia or any material that may, in the Promoter’s opinion, damage the Promoter’s reputation, image or goodwill. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or report, and disqualify from the Prize Draws, any entry that it deems inappropriate or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the terms and policies of any social media platform and/or applicable law.
Choosing the winning entries
- An independent computer generator will choose 1 (one) winning entry for each of the 3 (three) draws at random from all eligible entries received within the Prize Draw Period within 7 (seven) calendar days after the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
- The decision of the random generator will be final.
- The Promoter will notify the winners within 7 (seven) calendar days of the draws, by contacting them on Instagram and asking them to email competitions@howdens.com with their name, contact number and email address.
- The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their direct messages and email address (including spam/junk mail) for receipt of the notification.
- The winners must respond within 2 (two) calendar days of the notification with their name, contact number, email address and delivery address (if required) and must cooperate with the Promoter as reasonably required by the Promoter to effect delivery of the prize.
- If the winners fail to respond with the required information or to provide the required cooperation within the stated timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion. An alternative winner will be selected in accordance with and will need to comply with the same claims process set out in these Terms and Conditions.

- DRAW 2 ‘Oulton Park’ Prize 2: 2 (two) VIP passes for Oulton Park Touring Car Race Day on Sunday 23rd June 2024 at Oulton Park Circuit in Cheshire, for entry on Sunday 23rd June 2024 for one winner
- DRAW 3 – ‘Knockhill’ Prize 3: 2 (two) VIP passes for Knockhill Touring Car Race Day on Sunday 11th August 2024 at Knockhill Racing Circuit in Scotland, for entry on Sunday 11th August 2024 for one winner
(each prize is worth approximately £650 plus VAT in total).
A WINNER CAN ONLY WIN 1 PRIZE, IN 1 PRIZE DRAW (EVEN IF YOU ENTER FOR ALL RACE DAYS). IF YOU WIN A PRIZE DRAW AND YOUR NAME IS DRAWN AGAIN IN A LATER PRIZE DRAW, THE PROMOTER WILL DRAW ANOTHER NAME.

“HOWDENS LEAVE A REVIEW PRIZE DRAW” PROMOTION RULES
These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to Howdens’ weekly “review and win” promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Howdens’ Privacy Notice at www.howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/. Please also see how we limit our liability in Section 10.
- Promoter: Howden Joinery Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 00526923) with its registered office address at 105 Wigmore Street London W1U 1QY (“Howdens”).
- Eligibility:
- 2.1 The Promotion is only open to current Howdens trade account holders with a valid email address registered and located in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding those listed in Sections 2.2-2.4 below (“Eligible Entrant”). For the avoidance of doubt, trade account holders in Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man are excluded from the Promotion.
- 2.2 The Promotion is not open to any Howdens’ trade account that is held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association, regardless of whether or not they make a Qualifying Review (see Section 4 below). Trade accounts held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association are not Eligible Entrants.
- 2.3 Employees, staff and other individuals who represent a Howdens trade account holder (“Representatives”) are not Eligible Entrants. Where a Representative enters the Promotion by submitting a Qualifying Review (see Section 4 below), they do so on behalf of the person or entity registered as the Howdens trade account holder. Representatives must be at least 18 years old and authorised by the relevant Howdens trade account holder to submit a Qualifying Review and enter the Promotion on behalf of the Howdens trade account holder.
- 2.4 Employees (or family members of employees) of Howdens and any of its group companies, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter.
- 2.5 An Eligible Entrant will be excluded from the Promotion if, following the end of the Entry Period, the account holder’s trade account payments are not up to date and they have been contacted (whether by phone or in writing) by Howdens’ Litigation team about an overdue balance on their account.
- 2.6 Howdens reserves the right to require any entrant to provide proof of eligibility at any time.
- Entry period:
- 3.1 There will be weekly prize draws for this Promotion. Each weekly prize draw opens for entry on Sunday at 00:00:01 and closes the following Saturday at 23:59:59 (each an “Entry Period”).
- 3.2 Howdens may end this Promotion at any time by posting a notice on its website at howdens.com. Termination of the Promotion will take effect on the completion of the two (2) prize draws immediately following the date of the notice (except where termination is required by law, in which case termination will be effective immediately).
- How to enter:
- 4.1 Subject to 4.2, to enter a weekly prize draw, entrants must do the following:
EITHER
- click on the link in the product review email sent to your email account;
- you will be directed to a landing site where you can leave your product review;
- submit a review that complies fully with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.
- Log in to their Howdens trade account on the Howdens website;
- Locate the product to be reviewed on the Howdens website and click to review the product;
- submit a review that complies fully with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.
OR
- 4.2 If the review passes moderation and is published on the Howdens website, the review will qualify for entry into a prize draw (“Qualifying Review”). For the avoidance of doubt, only published reviews will count as Qualifying Reviews and generate an entry into a prize draw. The entry is only valid for one prize draw and there is no rollover of entries.
- 4.3 Both positive and negative reviews can be Qualifying Reviews provided they comply with the Website and App Terms and Conditions. Submitting a positive review does not increase the chances of winning. Howdens reserves the right to moderate reviews and to refuse to accept a review for entry if it fails to comply with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.
- 4.4 Entrants may submit more than one Qualifying Review during an Entry Period. Each individual Qualifying Review submitted will earn a separate entry into the relevant prize draw. Please note that a review will only become a Qualifying Review once it is published and it is possible that a review posted during one Entry Period may not be published on the website until the following Entry Period due to possible delays between the initial submission of the review and completion of any moderation process. In these circumstances, the relevant Qualifying Review will be entered into the next available draw.
- 4.5 Any person who submits a Qualifying Review is automatically entered into the Promotion. If you submit a review but do not wish to be entered into the Promotion, you can opt out by contacting Howdens using the contact details at the end of these Rules.
- 4.1 Subject to 4.2, to enter a weekly prize draw, entrants must do the following:
- Prize: There is one (1) Amazon gift card with a value of £50 (fifty pounds) to be won in each weekly prize draw (“Prize”).
- Prize conditions: The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Howdens considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Howdens’ control, a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Howdens’ discretion. Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon’s gift card terms and conditions. The winner should ensure they are aware of any applicable terms and conditions, including the relevant expiry dates. Howdens is not responsible for the winner’s failure to use the gift card prior to expiry and no replacement gift card will be issued in these circumstances.
- Winner selection: The winner of each weekly prize draw will be selected within ten calendar days following the end of each Entry Period. The winner will be drawn at random from all Qualifying Reviews during that Entry Period.
- Winner notification: The winner will receive a notification email to the email address registered to the relevant trade account within ten calendar days of the relevant draw.
- Prize delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the winner electronically to the email address registered to the winner’s trade account within ten calendar days of the date of the winner’s notification. It is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email (including spam/junk folder) for receipt of the email.
- Liability: Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Howdens will not be liable for: (i) any loss or damage caused by someone other than Howdens or someone who is not acting under Howdens’ direct instructions or in accordance with Howdens’ instructions; (ii) any loss or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Howdens’ reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of Howdens’ websites, apps or social media accounts. Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens’ Advice Bureau (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/) or local Trading Standards office (https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office).
- No endorsement: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Amazon or any other third party. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to Howdens, not to Amazon or any other party. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amazon and other third parties shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.
- Cancellation and variation: Howdens reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Howdens’ reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
- Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Howdens reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this Section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.
- Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Howdens shall be entitled (but not obliged) to and authorise third parties to announce the winners: name, purchased product information, content from the product review and any accompanying details and a link to the full product review/product and any other relevant information submitted by the winner on Howdens’ websites, authorised third party websites and social media. The entrant may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion, such as to have their name and/or image, together with a short statement about their win, featured on Howdens’ website, authorised third party websites and/or social media.
- Disclosure of winner’s details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Howdens using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Howdens may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. This may happen, for example, where Howdens is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details for a prize draw, enquirers must submit a request to digital@howdens.com within one (1) month following the end of the relevant Entry Period, specifying the relevant prize draw. Details for any prize draw will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been awarded.
- Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Howdens’ Privacy Notice, which is available at howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/.
- Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from United Kingdom and where permitted by law. Howdens makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
- Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Howdens’ failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Disputes: Subject to Section 20, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Howdens’ decisions are final. If there is a conflict between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
- Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that: (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.

1. The Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to £1100 Cashback (“the Gift”) to purchasers if they purchase Bosch kitchen appliances including an oven as detailed below. These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets).
£250 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 3 qualifying Bosch kitchen appliances including an oven.
£400 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying Bosch kitchen appliances including an oven.
£550 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying Bosch kitchen appliances including an oven.
£750 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 6 qualifying Bosch kitchen appliances including an oven.
£1100 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 7 qualifying Bosch kitchen appliances including an oven.
2. An additional £600 cashback will be awarded with the purchase of a Bosch Venting Hob (as detailed in table B below) as part of this promotion.
3. To qualify as a kitchen purchase for this cashback Promotion, a minimum of five kitchen cabinets must be included within the purchase.
4. The kitchen furniture and appliances must be purchased from the same Retailer as part of a kitchen design (participating retailers only).
5. This Promotion applies to purchases between 26th December 2023 and 05th April 2024 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 31st October 2024. A copy of the original purchase receipts must be provided as part of the claim process. Acceptable documentation includes deposit invoice, contract or schedule which confirms all of the qualifying criteria has been met. For avoidance of doubt, order confirmation summaries and delivery receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
6. This is a consumer only Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, retailers will not be able to claim the Gift on behalf of the consumer.
7. The Gift will be in the form of BACS Transfer.
8. In order to qualify for the Cashback of £250, a minimum of THREE qualifying Bosch large domestic appliances (as listed on the claim site from hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, laundry and refrigeration) must be purchased as part of a kitchen and from the same Retailer they have purchased the kitchen furniture from (must be from a participating retailer only). Each cashback claim must include a Bosch oven (Table A below), and must be a single claim with the same kitchen purchase. Accessories (including warming drawers) are not included.
9. If a Bosch Venting Hob (Table B below) is purchased as ONE of the qualifying Bosch appliances then an additional £600 will be awarded. The total cashback value that can be awarded for SEVEN qualifying Bosch appliances, including a Bosch oven and Bosch Venting Hob is £1,700.
10. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion.
11. Only one claim per household is permitted. Please note, claims from employees, relatives of traders and traders themselves are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
12. Claimants cannot claim in conjunction with another offer.
13. How to Claim
a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form at www.myboschrewards.co.uk including the E-nr and FD numbers of each appliance and the full receipt showing date of purchase, which also itemises the appliances and furniture purchased.
b. Claims must be received by the promoter no later than midnight on the 31st October 2024 and the Promotor will not accept any claims received subsequently.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their sole opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
15. Claimants should allow up to 28 days for confirmation of claim approval from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the Claim Form and copy of the purchase receipt. Claimants should allow 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
16. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimants submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.
17. All claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to Claimants.
18. By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Bosch appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift i.e. the cashback.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
21. In the event that you do not have access to the internet or are unable to claim online, please telephone the freephone helpline on 0800 987 4112. The advisor will be able to complete your redemption over the telephone, however, you will need to post your purchase receipt to validate the claim to My Bosch Rewards, BI Worldwide Limited, 1 Vantage Court, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, MK16 9EZ. Claims will only be paid upon receipt of a valid purchase receipt. Please note, receipts will not be returned so please ensure you keep a copy. A copy of the original purchase receipts must be provided. For avoidance of doubt, order confirmations and delivery receipts will not be accepted.
22. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees of the Promoter.
23. The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. The Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to £1100 Cashback (“the Gift”) to purchasers if they purchase NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven as detailed below. These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets).
£250 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 3 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£400 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£550 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£750 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 6 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£1100 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 7 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
2. An additional £600 cashback will be awarded with the purchase of a NEFF Venting Hob (as detailed in table B below) as part of this promotion.
3. To qualify as a kitchen purchase for this cashback Promotion, a minimum of five kitchen cabinets must be included within the purchase.
4. The kitchen furniture and appliances must be purchased from the same Retailer as part of a kitchen design (participating retailers only).
5. This Promotion applies to purchases between 26th December 2023 and 05th April 2024 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 31st October 2024. A copy of the original purchase receipts must be provided as part of the claim process. Acceptable documentation includes deposit invoice, contract or schedule which confirms all of the qualifying criteria has been met. For avoidance of doubt, order confirmation summaries and delivery receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
6. This is a consumer only Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, retailers will not be able to claim the Gift on behalf of the consumer.
7. The Gift will be in the form of BACS Transfer.
8. In order to qualify for the Cashback of £250, a minimum of THREE qualifying NEFF large domestic appliances (as listed on the claim site from hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, laundry and refrigeration) must be purchased as part of a kitchen and from the same Retailer they have purchased the kitchen furniture from (must be from a participating retailer only). Each cashback claim must include a NEFF oven (Table A below), and must be a single claim with the same kitchen purchase. Accessories (including warming drawers) are not included.
9. If a NEFF Venting Hob or Glassdraft Hood (Table B below) is purchased as ONE of the qualifying NEFF appliances then an additional £600 will be awarded. The total cashback value that can be awarded for SEVEN qualifying NEFF appliances, including a NEFF oven and NEFF Venting Hob is £1,700.
10. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion.
11. Only one claim per household is permitted. Please note, claims from employees, relatives of traders and traders themselves are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
12. Claimants cannot claim in conjunction with another offer.
13. How to Claim
a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form at www.myneffrewards.co.uk including the E-nr and FD numbers of each appliance and the full receipt showing date of purchase, which also itemises the appliances and furniture purchased.
b. Claims must be received by the promoter no later than midnight on the 31st October 2024 and the Promotor will not accept any claims received subsequently.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their sole opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
15. Claimants should allow up to 28 days for confirmation of claim approval from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the Claim Form and copy of the purchase receipt. Claimants should allow 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
16. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimants submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.
17. All claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to Claimants.
18. By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their NEFF appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift i.e. the cashback.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
21. In the event that you do not have access to the internet or are unable to claim online, please telephone the freephone helpline on 0800 987 4114. The advisor will be able to complete your redemption over the telephone, however, you will need to post your purchase receipt to validate the claim to My NEFF Rewards, BI Worldwide Limited, 1 Vantage Court, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, MK16 9EZ. Claims will only be paid upon receipt of a valid purchase receipt. Please note, receipts will not be returned so please ensure you keep a copy. A copy of the original purchase receipts must be provided. For avoidance of doubt, order confirmations and delivery receipts will not be accepted.
22. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees of the Promoter.
23. The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Applies to Howdens Quartz, Dekton and Acrylic Solid Work Surface offering only.
We aim to fit in 5 working days from template. We will let you know if we are unable to meet the timescale. Any changes to the order after the template survey, will reset the 5 working day timescale from the point the change has been confirmed in writing.
The above timescale does not apply to:
1. Projects that are complex and/or larger than average and/or have special requirements.
2. Premises located outside Great Britain (for example, the timescale does not apply to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man).
3. Premises where access is limited and/or problematic in the circumstance, and premises located in remote and/or non-mainland GB locations (for example, the timescale does not apply to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Isle of Wight).
4. Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, something occurs prior to fit that impacts/prevents ability to fit (for example, where a kitchen is not correctly installed or essential works have not been completed), or where product is not available due to supply chain issues and/or delivery issues.
5. Circumstances where there are health and safety concerns.
Due to ultracompaction process involved in the manufacture of Dekton, occasionally material pathologies and/or defects may occur during worktop production. In such cases, we will immediately inform you and provide a revised timescale (which shall be no more than 5 working days from the date of notification).
Subject to the above exclusions, the timescale applies to Quartz and Acrylic Solid Work Surfaces that are to be installed in a residential/domestic home in mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only.

Terms and Conditions
- The promoter of this prize draw is CHESHIRE MOULDINGS & WOODTURNINGS LIMITED. Company number 02322883, of Unit 7 Normans Road, Sutton, St Helens, WA9 4JQ (the “Promoter” or “Cheshire Mouldings”)
- The prize draw is open to Howdens depot employees (if they win by association as described below and in the locations specified below only) and Howdens customers resident in United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) aged 18 years or over, who meet with the entry mechanic described below, between 25/03/2024 and 18/05/2024. The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- Entry mechanic:
Howdens customers will gain single entry to the prize draw when purchasing £50 or more on Cheshire Mouldings stair parts in 1 invoice. This will be increased to three entries when purchasing £100 or more of Cheshire Mouldings Stair Parts in 1 invoice. Each winner will be picked at random and there will be one winner per region (9 in total). The depot from which the winning invoice was placed will also receive the prize, as described below. Please refer to 19. for a full list of qualifying products.
- All entries are automatically submitted when qualifying purchases are made during the incentive period, which runs from 25/03/2024 – 18/05/2024.
- There are no limits on the number of entries.
- The winners will be chosen at random by an employee of the Promoter supervised by an independent person on 21/05/2024. The incentive prize will be awarded to the Customers chosen and the depots from which the invoice was placed will automatically also receive prize(s) described below.
- The Prize is:
- Four tickets per region; Nine regions, Thirty-Six tickets in total. Of the four tickets, two are awarded per trade customer and two per depot.

- Winner must acknowledge the email within 14 days of the notification. If the winner is unable to attend the trip, the prize will be re-drawn and the prize offered to the next winner drawn.
Prizes will be despatched by the Promoter within 14 days of the acknowledgement. Prizes will be despatched via email.
- Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by Howdens and Howdens may share your information with the Promoter for the purpose of administering the promotion. This is a Miele promotion.
PARTICIPANTS
1.1. This promotion is only open to Residents in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). A Participant (“Participant”) is a person or a legal entity (company) who is resident in Great Britain. Employees of Miele, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. The promotion is only open to participants purchasing for their own use i.e. end users. Miele reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and/or to exclude Participants at its sole discretion at any time for any reason.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1. This promotion is only available through Wren, Magnet or Howdens. Purchases made in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are not included in this promotion.
2.2. To take advantage of this promotion, buy four Miele built-in appliances and claim £500 cashback and claim an additional £500 if one of these appliances is a KMDA extraction hob (see product list for valid purchases) and purchases must be made between 27 March 2024 and 26 June 2024 (inclusive).
Laundry appliances are not included.

2.3. A maximum of 1 qualifying claim per Participant, during the promotion. The Promotion is not available on any second hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
2.4. Fully completed and correct claim forms, together with a copy of the original proof of purchase must be received no later than 26 September 2024 by online submission using the claim form available at https://miele-kitchen.sales-promotions.com/en_gb/?country_promotion=2
2.5. The Customer’s proof of purchase must clearly show the Miele qualifying products purchased, the reseller where purchased and the date of purchase. All products must be purchased within the promotional period.
2.6. Each cashback claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher, cashback offer or monetary contribution from Miele against the promotional product, as stated in Article 3.1.
2.7. Appliances are subject to a one time only claim, any cashback claims submitted that include an already recorded serial number will be deemed ineligible.
2.8. All personal information (such as name, address, bank details) will be processed by the Executing Agency Benamic Unlimited only in connection with the management of this promotion including the provision of information to third parties designated to administer the promotion. In as far as our third-party providers encounter your personal data, we will ensure that the data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR also complies with the applicable data protection laws.

3.1. The cashback claim form cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.2. Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient.
3.3. In the event that the Customer returns the promotional product to the seller, the Participant will not be entitled to claim cashback and any claim will be thereafter dismissed. For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not prohibit in any way the customer’s right to exercise their applicable statutory or warranty rights.
THE PROMOTER
4.1. The promoter is Miele UK, Fairacres, Marcham Road, Abingdon OX14 1TW. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.

5.1. Where applicable any data captured during the promotion will be collated, accessed, processed and stored wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Miele will not transmit data to unauthorised third parties or outside the EU.
5.2. Upon registration, the participant will have provided their personal data to Miele UK and to Benamic, and to its agents, to carry out the promotion and to conduct marketing and quality control analysis. Benamic and its agents are responsible for securely storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal data wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. By registering, the participant consents to these terms and conditions. Should the participant tick the opt-in box on the online registration form, the participant also consents that the promoter, other Benamic entities and/or their agents can process their data for the purposes of advising participants of other promotions, new products and services, and/or for future marketing and quality control analysis. DISCLAIMER
6.1. No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or for those claims not received by the closing date.
6.2. Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient details are provided for claims to be processed.
6.3. Miele is not liable for any costs incurred by the participant relating to the promotion.
6.4. Miele shall not be liable for any delayed claims of any nature with regard to this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting the customer’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Customer.
6.5. Miele shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure (meaning: beyond Miele’s reasonable control) and/or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
6.6. Miele reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time and/or to unilaterally change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which you have purchased the promotional product and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited Terms And Conditions
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://samsungoffers.claims/SpringCashback form part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
- The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (the “Promoter”).
Promotion Period
- The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 10th April 2024 and close at 23:59 (BST) on the 18th June 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a resident (aged 18+) of either the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) or the Republic of Ireland ("Individual Participant") or a Company with an address in one of the same territories (“Company Participant”). For the avoidance of doubt, within these Terms and Conditions the term ‘Participant’ shall be taken to refer to both Individual Participants and Company Participants (and the applicable plural) unless stated otherwise.
- Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Sales staff at the Participating Retailers are eligible to participate so long as they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product.
- Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded as Participants.
Offer
- Samsung is offering a promotion (the “Promotion”) whereby Participants will be eligible to claim a corresponding cashback reward (the “Reward”) by redemption when they purchase a qualifying new selected (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung floorcare, refrigeration, cooking, or laundry product listed in Appendix 1 (“Promotion Product”) from a retailer listed in Appendix 2 (each a “Participating Retailer”) within the Promotion Period subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”).
- Purchases of multiple Promotion Products (up to a maximum of four (4) additional Promotion products for Individual Participants and up to a maximum of four (4) additional Promotion products for Company Participants) may be eligible for an additional variable cashback Boosted Reward as set out in Condition 13. Full details of the Promotion Products and the corresponding Rewards are set out at the hyperlink above.
- Rewards shall be paid by bank transfer and Participants must have a valid bank account in GBP (for the UK, IOM or CI) or EUR (for ROI) in order to receive the Reward. Rewards shall be awarded to Participants based on their country of residence; for example, an ROI Participant shall receive their Reward in EUR rather than GBP. For the avoidance of doubt Participants must have a valid bank account matching their individual or company name included on their Claim form to receive their Reward.
- Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) and non-Samsung approved resellers (non-direct accounts) are specifically excluded from this Promotion. Purchases from Amazon.co.uk must be sold and dispatched by Amazon UK directly, not Amazon EU or other non-UK branches.
Claims
- After purchasing the Promotion Products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/SpringCashback, complete the claim form with their name, contact information, email and postal address, and bank account details along with any other requested information and submit it together with scanned copies of their proof of purchase showing their purchase of the Promotion Product(s) (a “Claim”). For the avoidance of doubt the Promotion Product(s) must be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this Promotion; Promotion Product(s) received for free or as part of a giveaway do not qualify.
- Claims may only be submitted within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days of the Participant purchasing the relevant Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”), meaning the final Claim date for Promotion Products purchased on the 18th June 2024 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 16th September 2024. Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase shall count as day zero (0).
- Individual Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of four (4) Promotion Products purchased per residential household. Company Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of four (4) Promotion Products purchased per company or business. In all cases Participants are entitled to a maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased.
- Multiple Products: Where a Participant purchases more than one Promotion Product during the Promotion Period (with the exception of microwave Promotion Products), they shall be eligible to claim an additional Boosted Reward per additional Promotion Product purchase (up to a maximum of three (3) Boosted Rewards for four (4) Promotion Products purchased by Individual Participants, and three (3) Boosted Rewards for four (4) Promotion Products purchased by Company Participants) of up to £150/€180 (“Boosted Reward”). For the avoidance of doubt, two (2) Promotion Products shall be eligible for £50/€60 Boosted Reward; (ii) three (3) Promotion Products shall be eligible for £100/€120 Boosted Reward; and (iii) four (4) Promotion Products shall be eligible for £150/€180 Boosted Reward. Microwave Promotion Products are not eligible for the additional Boosted Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, these additional Boosted Rewards outlined in this Condition 13 (each, an “Boosted Reward”) are in addition to the Reward(s) payable under Condition 6. Participants must use the same email address each time they enter details in the Claim form for a purchased Promotion Product, all such qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period will be aggregated together for the purposes of determining the Participant’s validated Rewards.
- Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within seven (7) days to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
- If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at springcashback@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on 0330 818 4751 (UK) or +353 1800 851 257 (ROI) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
- If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
- Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- The Reward will be sent via bank transfer within forty five (45) days of Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.
- If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the contact number in Condition 15 above for the UK or ROI, as applicable. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
- The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
- The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
- Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included.
- By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.
- The Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.

Howdens Lamona Laundry Bundle – Prize Draw
Entry into the Prize Draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Howdens Privacy Notice at www.howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/. In particular, please see the eligibility requirements and exclusions in rules 4 - 6 and the limitations of liability in rule 36.
Terms and Conditions 2024
About the Prize Draw
- The promoter of this Prize Draw is Howden Joinery Limited of 105 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 1QY (“Promoter”).
- By entering the Howdens Lamona Laundry Bundle – Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
- The Prize Draw starts at 00:00:01 BST on 22 April 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 BST on 28 April 2024 (“Prize Draw Period”). You must submit your entries within the Prize Draw Period.
- The Prize Draw is only open to permanent legal residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over. For the avoidance of doubt, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man are excluded from the Prize Draw.
- No limit on the number of entries.
- Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Prize Draw and all affiliates of such companies may not enter.
Entering the Prize Draw
- To enter the Prize Draw eligible entrants will need to:
- follow @howdensjoinery on Instagram;
- tag a friend in the comments section of the Howdens Lamona Laundry Bundle Prize Draw post on Instagram (minimum of 1 (one) required), entrants can comment as many times as they want, each tag must be in a separate comment, each additional comment (on top of the one required as a minimum) shall count as an additional entry for that entrant.
- THIS PRIZE DRAW IS FREE TO ENTER, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw and in the absence of any such proof, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion.
- You must only post appropriate content. Posts must not contain anything that may reasonably be considered threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, indecent, offensive, discriminatory, derogatory, violent, liable to incite racial hatred or otherwise unlawful. Posts must not include competitor products or branding, alcohol, cigarettes, drug paraphernalia or any material that may, in the Promoter’s opinion, damage the Promoter’s reputation, image or goodwill. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or report, and disqualify from this Prize Draw, any entry that it deems inappropriate or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the terms and policies of any social media platform and/or applicable law.
Choosing the winning entries
- An independent computer generator will choose 1 (one) winning entry at random from all eligible entries received within the Prize Draw Period within 5 working days after the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
- The decision of the random generator will be final.
- The Promoter will notify the winner within 7 calendar days of the draw, by:
- contacting them via direct message on Instagram.
- The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their direct messages and email address (including spam/junk mail) for receipt of the notification.
- The winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the notification with their name, contact number, email address, delivery address and preferred date of delivery (if required) and must cooperate with the Promoter as reasonably required by the Promoter to effect delivery of the prize.
- If the winner fails to respond with the required information or to provide the required cooperation within the stated timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion. An alternative winner will be selected in accordance with and will need to comply with the same claims process set out in these Terms and Conditions.
The prize
- The prize is 1 (one) x Lamona FLM8703 Freestanding 9kg 1400rpm Black Washing Machine and 1 (one) x Lamona FLM8802 Freestanding 9kg Black Heat Pump Tumble Dryer (worth approximately £794 inc. VAT in total).
- 1 (one) prize shall be awarded in total.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify any of the information provided by a winner before awarding the prize. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any lost or returned prizes where it has made reasonable efforts to ascertain the correct postal address of the winner.
- The prize will be sent by courier within 21 working days from receipt of the prize winner’s name, contact number, email address and delivery address. Please note there may be postal delays. UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE WHICH SHALL BE UPON RECEIPT OF THE WINNER DETAILS BY THE PROMOTER, THE WINNER CANNOT CANCEL THE PRIZE AND WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED PURSUANT TO POINT 15 ABOVE. THE PRIZE CANNOT BE HELD OR SHIPPED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include installation
- The prize will include a 3 (three) year manufacturer’s guarantee. It is highly recommended that the prize winner registers their appliance, for further details on the options available please follow the ‘Registering my appliance’ option online - www.howdens.com/appliance-registration.
Privacy
- We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR), the United Kingdom version of EU GDPR which is part of United Kingdom law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws for the purpose of administering your participation in this Prize Draw and, if you submitted a winning entry, announcing you as the winner on our websites and social media channels and arranging and delivering the prize. - Entrants acknowledge that after the winner notification has been made and the prize has been accepted, the Promoter reserves the right to announce the name of the winner and their winning entry on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
- The winner may also be required to take part in reasonable further post Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter, which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by the Promoter (or third parties on behalf of the Promoter) for publicity purposes (“Post-Prize Draw Publicity”) and agree to the use of their personal data for such purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
- By entering the Prize Draw generally; and, in the event of a win; and, any involvement in any Post-Prize Draw Publicity, all entrants grant to Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use (and to grant a sub-license to Promoter’s group companies and other third parties to use) their entry: for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and prize fulfilment; and use their entry and any materials produced as part of Post-Prize Draw Publicity: for internal business purposes, for publicity purposes connected with the Prize Draw and for general advertising, marketing and PR purposes. This licence includes (without limitation) the right to edit, modify and adapt the entry, to incorporate the entry and any Post-Prize Draw Publicity materials into or combine it with other materials, and to publish the entry and any other Post-Prize Draw Publicity materials in any online and offline media, including but not limited to on Promoter’s websites, social media, other digital marketing platforms we use and any third party print and digital marketing and promotional materials.
- You acknowledge that by entering the Prize Draw, you waive all rights to review, approve or receive notice of our use of the content and agree to waive all and not to assert any moral rights (e.g. the right to be attributed as an author) or similar rights in such content.
General
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
- No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information or technical fault of any kind.
- The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner, and to refuse entry or refuse the giving of any prize if the Promoter reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Prize details are correct at the date of publication.
- By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a prize, their surname and county of residence and winning entry (if applicable) may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at competitions@howdens.com. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the UK Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where, for example, the Promoter is required to demonstrate that a valid award took place. To request disclosure of the winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request by email to competitions@howdens.com no later than 30 days following the end of the Prize Draw Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after all prizes have been validly claimed.
- The Promoter reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Prize Draw).
- Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, the Promoter shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by:
- technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Prize Draw;
- any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a prize;
- any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the prize; or
- any other events beyond the Promoter's control that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the prize in transit thereto.
- If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.
- This Prize Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Prize Draw (including the prize(s)) and/or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts, and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.
- This Prize Draw is in no way affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any social media channel or any third party. By entering, you acknowledge that any social media channel or any third party does not bear any responsibility for this Prize Draw and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you release any social media channel and any third party from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Prize Draw. All information you provide when you enter the Prize Draw is provided to the Promoter and not to any social media channel or third party. You must also comply fully with the terms and policies of all social media channels when participating in this Prize Draw.
