We have a network of more than 80 independent service engineers positioned locally across the UK to support us with Lamona appliance repairs. This covers devices that are within the warranty period and those that are outside of guarantee. Contact your local depot to learn more or to arrange a repair service.

Service requests for other branded devices need to be raised with the manufacturer’s aftersales team. You can do this by calling the supplier directly. You can find contact information within our product support page. Alternatively, you can seek further assistance with your local depot.

For replacement components, we have a dedicated website that you can order spare parts for Lamona equipment. When ordering, please ensure you have the product type and model number to hand to locate the specific part you need for your equipment.

Sometimes parts go missing or need replacing. That is why depots stock a wide range of spares to ensure a project is finished to a high standard or parts can be renewed, if needed, over time to keep a space working in tip-top condition for years ahead.
