The products and staff are very good

The products and staff are very good. The issue I have is trying to return a product to a different branch. The original branch have to authorise the return, then credit the branch you are returning it to before you receive your money. In this instance, I had to return an hour or so later and still had to wait as it hadn't been actioned. In this day and age, this is too longwinded and cumbersome process.

Always have a positive visit

Always have a positive visit, they know the products and I get good advice when I need it. The staff I deal with are always helpful and problem solve rather than firefight which as a contractor saves me time. I can only speak very highly of my experiences

Kitchen Renovation

Used Howdens for a recent kitchen renovation, made the process really easy and really pleased with the end result. Kitchen looks fantastic. Had the kitchen measured and then designed to what we wanted. Always consulted on everything and the design and purchase process was really easy. Big thanks to Shaun and Terry for all their help. When things weren't quite right or we needed replacement items they dealt with it quickly and efficiently
