The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable, nothing seems too much trouble. Any issues are quickly sorted and sometimes when lateral thinking is required they usually find a solution.

Fantastic service

I’ve been working with Andy Shenton for the last 4 years. I find him very knowledgable and efficient at getting things done, delivery is always on time when he says and he really does go out his way to source products from other branches quickly to keep the job moving. Would highly recommend Andy and the whole team behind him at the Camberley depot.

Howdens Camberley assistant manager…

I have to pen a review for the assistant manager Andy Shenton at Howdens Camberley, As a trade I only use Howdens for my supplies and all the staff are always happy to help me on costing a sourcing the stock asap! But Andy can never help enough Call me to check if I get my items, if I need delivery, if the stock was correct and in good order, I had a kitchen delivered last week and a major item was damaged, I contact Andy stright away and with in 1 hour it was sorted and a new item ordered and paperwork sorted, This isn’t Andy role with in the branch but his care and due diligence for his customers is first class!! Thanks everyone and thanks Andy

As always cannot fault customer experience at my local Howdens. Andy Shenton to name but a few always ensure that I have the right goods at right price, the guys in warehouse are friendly helpful everytime it’s a pleasure to use this branch.

I’m writing this review to thank Andy Shenton from the Camberley depot for always going above and beyond. Nothing is too much of an issue for him from finding out warranty issues to organising big orders. He’s extremely professional and works to a very high standard whilst also maintaining a good balance with his sense of humour and friendly banter. We are always quick to write a complaint but never a positive but in this case it’s well deserved.

5* service from Shaun and Howdens Camberley

We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens in Camberley as they were recommended by our Builder. The experience with Howdens Camberley has been excellent, especially Shaun our design consultant. This is the first time I've purchased a kitchen as it is for my first property, as such I had lots of questions. Shaun was patient and informative, the design he came up with was appealing. Having purchased the kitchen and had it installed I can say I am very happy with the quality of the units and appliances. The color scheme matches very well, despite my initial reservations and the Lamona (Howdens own brand) appliances are good quality and of matching/contemporary design. The after sales support from Shaun has been outstanding, we had a scratched door which was immediately replaced and Shaun gave us a free cutlery drawer organiser as we had forgotten to order one. Howdens and Shaun have resolved any after sales issues quickly and effectively. Shaun is a consumate professional who knows his chosen industry well and has taken care of us as if he was designing his own kitchen. I highly recommend Shaun and the team at Howdens Camberley. Thank you for a superb new Kitchen!!
