Unfortunately they designed my kitchen wrongly , the measurements was wrong and all kitchen went wrong and they didn’t accept it it was their fault l spend over 16 thousand and at end not happy at all.

The professional lady rep.
The lady representative was very pleasant and spoke my language. I fancied she had done this sort of work for some time. She sorted me out a saw for one whole penny and delivered it in person.

The manager at broadoak in Canterbury has a terrible attitude when it’s come to sorting mistakes out. She also seems to think she has some sort of right to tell me what I as a trader should be earning, even though I’m in no way any kind of fitter for her and never would want to be. Deliveries constantly turn up late and with damaged or missing items. The last job I done where howdens supplied the kitchen, they sent out oak worktops that we’re cupped by nearly 5mm due to obviously not being stored correctly after the client had purchased the kitchen. Not only that, it took about 6 separate deliveries to get all the missing items to me as even though I gave them a list, every delivery that followed still had items missing. Poor designs overlooking the simplest of things like trying to put an integrated machine in front of a wall reveal, meaning the door wouldn’t even open. Add to that the fact they try pressuring clients to make purchases by telling them prices are a limited time offer due to a sale (they seem to have a “sale” every month), which according to trading standards falls under ‘unfair trading practices’, it’s clear to see all they care about is making sales and hitting their targets. They try to keep you on side by saying they will “sort you out” for any delays caused and money lost due to said delays, then they just fob you off constantly in the hope that you’ll get bored and give up. They try to over charge for their products when they can, trying to charge me nearly £42 per pair of kitchen cabinet hinges (you can pick them up online for around £6 a pair). On another occasion I sent a client in there to have a look at some samples and get a quote. The client didn’t like the designers attitude so after they got the quote, they went to the wincheap branch. This branch undercut the broadoak branch by £1000 to get the sale and then proceed to access my account and use my credit facility to initially pay for the items without my permission or even calling to confirm whether or not they were my clients or if it was even ok to do so. They clearly have no regard for privacy or being trade only and not dealing with the public. They’ve also put other peoples orders through on my account without even calling me. They’re an absolute sham and I’ll never be using them again. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else like Magnets.

Poor service
Poor service , goods came in after a battle to get right goods ordered some where incorrectly made returns service of incorrect goods was very slow and incorrect .
