Professional and efficient
Dalia helped with our kitchen. Our experience was good. Dalia understood and explained the issues our kitchen had in terms of fitting the units. Worked with the builders to ensure no issues arising on site while fitting. Kitchen looks great and I have more space and work surfaces. Very happy with the service.

Howden's Egham
It was great working with Dalia, from the Egham branch. We ordered a kitchen and appliances through her, she provided us with all the information and support we required. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. We can only thank Dalia for all her help with our new kitchen!

Experienced Designer- Excellent customer service
Experienced Designer Stock availability and speedy delivery Well made cabinets I am a returning customer having had my new kitchen from Howdens in March 23 and now adding an extra cabinet following changes made. The designer was Dalia Sabri, her product knowledge and attention to detail was impressive. She designed my kitchen tirelessly showing me all the options with so much care as if it were her own. The whole team at Egham provide excellent customer service,

Love my kitchen!
I absolutely love my kitchen from Howdens! It makes my house exactly how I wanted it. Dalia was very helpful and patient with us as we kept changing ideas on what we wanted but finally we managed to create the kitchen of our dreams! Thanks a lot

How to lose a customer in Howdens Egham !!!
How to lose a customer !!! I am just in the process of renovating my house and was told by my builder to go into my local HOWDEN in EGHAM for the bits I needed and to look at getting someone round to measure up for my new kitchen and utility room. When I arrived and parked my car at the store the first thing woman standing outside was vaping and talking and swearing on her mobile phone right near by the entrance door my first impression was that she was a customer but it turned out he was in fact the store manager (NIKKI). I waited inside the showroom for about 5 mins with no other staff around and the manager looking at me through the door every now and again. she eventually came in and said (with no apology that I had been kept waiting) what do you need hun? I told her I needed a price for a couple of door and booking a home survery . she stood at the computer for what felt like about 3 mins getting more and more frustrated as she hit some pens and she kept asking the same questions saying pardon me in funny way! It is Extremely Rude & Very Poor Customer Service from management Nikki. Then this is not the place to go as the Kitchens aren’t cheap, so when ordering something as big as this and spending as much money as we will be, we expect some form of assistance and customer service. I’m completely baffled how they achieve kitchen sales at all! I however will be taking my business elsewhere, and supporting businesses - who DONT ignore customers of particular races. How rude and disrespectful to a potential new client.dont go to Howdens Egham
