Great service
Prompt and helpful design with all the usual drawings and 3D colour images. It’s not fully installed yet and there’s been a couple of shortages but the Faversham team have been helpful in getting the parts without any quibbles.

1 MORE CUSTOMER LOST DUE TO ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENTS
Have never had a problem with Howdens Products and Service from Faversham - However the disgusting ignorant attitude of the accounts department in Northampton is above shocking levels. I had 1 invoice which had been missed on our account even though others had been paid afterwards and I made a call to Julie Maloney - WOW - what an experience - to be told I do not care about you , I got 58000 customers to deal with !!! and subsequent calls to Frazer in accounts ( who sounded scared on Julie) YET A SUPERVISOR. After 3 months of waiting for an apology from Julie, still nothing - it beggars belief that for such a good shop relationship, they can treat a 10 year customer like that. PURE DISGUST AT THIS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Poor finish on flat pack kitchen…
I bought a new flat pack kitchen from Howden's and found a lot of the doors and units damaged and although the units were changed i was made to feel like this was my fault and i was in some way causing the damage. in total i had to return 8-9 boxes for damaged items and this does not include the items i refused when collecting the kitchen, which delayed me for 3 weeks or more, it was just lucky i wasn't paying someone to fit it as i was offered no money off or compensation for my time or experience in fact it became a running joke that i had found another item damaged, on collecting the last box i was told "in the nicest possible way i hope we wont see you again" I felt this was a little unprofessional as none of this was my fault so again back to being made to feel like i had caused the damage. I only give this score for the experience i received and the quality of the finish of the items, the actual build quality and structure of the units, is very good.
