Quality of product and service second to none

We purchased wardrobe sliding doors kit from Littlehampton Branch which while beautiful, we’re not as i had thought they would look. I hadn’t realised that the graphite shaker doors actually had grey mirrors rather than clear. They weren’t appropriate for the room and I didn’t know what to do. I spoke to Alan at Littlehampton and explained my dilemma. As the doors hadn’t been fitted and the protective coating on the surrounds was intact, Alan very kindly offered to swap them for other similar doors which had normal mirrors. I knew this was over and above what I could have expected. Alan was so helpful and friendly about the whole thing, making me feel so much better and with a small additional delivery charge, he took our original doors back and delivered the new doors the very next day. Everyone at the depot was very friendly and helpful throughout. An excellent service which I don’t think the big retail stores could possibly have matched.

It's not just the product but the team

Supplying a Kitchen

On a recommendation I contacted Howdens Littlehampton. From the initial consultation they then provided me with photos how my Kitchen would look and a specification. Then it was discussed for the fittings and best use of space available. Fi Styles as Planner was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered any queries that arose during planning. It was a pleasure to have her guidance. The Fitter was superb and the end result a sleek look kitchen, very workable. Any queries he had during fitting were answered immediately by Howdens Team. The end result a wonderful experience with the care and knowledge of Howdens Littlehampton Team.
