Great service, great product - you get what you pay for!!

We moved into a great flat and thought the kitchen was okay - until it came to trying to use it!! A friend recommended we contact Howdens in Peterlee and they would come out and have a look to see what could be done. Charlotte Preece contacted us to arrange an appointment and came out to have a look. She asked us loads of questions about what we wanted in a kitchen and then set about taking some measurements. She then invited us back to their showroom to have a look at the 3d design she had created for us and it looked fabulous. We then decided to tweak it and add a rangemaster cooker and Charlotte amended the design accordingly. It couldn't have been better!! David Richardson (superstar!!) did the fitting of it for us (and some sliding door wardrobes too!) and we couldn't be happier. We've gone from a totally dysfunctional space, to a very practical and functional space - with loads of storage!!

I ordered some flooring and underlay, and when I phoned to arrange a pick up day I was informed if I picked it up the following day, I would receive a discount. 10 out of 10 for putting the customer first. Peterlee Branch.

Bad communication has cost our company…

Bad communication has cost our company money. Consequences from a member of staff not communicating has cost us money. We spend a lot of money on products as price is mostly good and products fit for purpose. Stock is a good range and most available next day which is unfortunate as e will be going elsewhere
