Great customer service

Used the Ellesmere Port branch where I was greeted by really helpful pleasant staff. Great customer service. I also had to phone the Runcorn branch for some technical advice. Again, it was a refreshing change to have someone call you back when they say they’re going to and resolved my issues. 10/10 👍🏻

Where do I start?

Where do I start? The team at Howdens Runcorn have supported me every step of the way through a full house renovation. I've genuinely lost count of how many times I've visited the branch, and every single visit has been met with outstanding customer service. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, whether I've needed advice, ordered additional items, or had last-minute questions. A special mention has to go to Jim and Serena, who have both gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. Their knowledge, patience and willingness to help have made what could have been a very stressful renovation so much easier. I can't thank the team enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howdens Runcorn to anyone planning a renovation project. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you, Darren and Tanya.

Always a 5🌟 at Runcorn Howdens

Always a 5🌟 at Runcorn Howdens, needed 7 internal doors, great selection available. Top advice given by Jimmy, showing us doors and handles, all made cheaper by the Rooster deal, purchased and Jimmy arranged same day delivery. Excellent customer service. After visiting several kitchen outlets and receiving a luke warm CBA attitude it was a refreshing experience visiting Howdens in Runcorn . Fantastic customer service by Jim . Friendly and professional and he gave me some great advice to complete and compliment my kitchen. Overall a great experience from all the staff . Thanks guys will definately be purchasing from you again. An update on 4/3/2026. Thankyou to Jim for keeping me informed regarding my delivery and to Liam for going above and beyond when delivering my worktops and backsplashes. All delivered with care and on time. Thanks again . I havent made a purchase but have got invoiced

I havent made a purchase. I had a phone call from Jon in Runcorn to day hed put an order through to the wrong account (mine) and was ringing to tell me he was cancelling but instead seems to have put another invoice through
