Excellent Service !

I've had a long term problem with a Howdens worktop. They said that they would happily replace it but it was technically difficult to remove the old one so the deputy manager was very helpful in recommending different solutions and also recommended a kitchen fitter. The deputy manager understood my problem and we were able to agree a solution. All the staff at Taunton are a pleasure to deal with.

We recently had our kitchen designed by… Petra

We recently had our kitchen designed by Petra Simaskova at Howdens in Taunton. Our experience of her work and eventual design was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She listened to our ideas as to how we wanted our kitchen to look. She tailored our design to our specifications. The eventual design was everything we wanted it to be. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was right and brought her own ideas to the process. As a kitchen designer I would highly recommend Petra and look forward to the actual fitting of the kitchen.

Throughout this process Howdens and Petra in particular have made it easy and enjoyable. We were advised to go to Howden's…

We were advised to go to Howden's because of the quality of their Service and units. We are delighted with the service we have received, and with the quality of the kitchen and possibly bedroom units which we will order. During the time, we have had a visit to our bungalow, followed by further visits to Howdens for explanation and planning. Excellent. We are a particularly grateful to Petra Simaskova, who has been with us throughout our process. She is thoughtful, empathetic and obviously careful in what she recommends and plans. We will definitely be going ahead with our orders.

Charlotte did a wonderful job in design and we are extremely pleased with the build quality of our new Howden’s kitchen. Solid units & drawers all appropriately sized, positioned and fitted, together with wonderful Dekton worktops. Delivery was very quick and all minor issues and questions spedily dealt with. Paul and his complete team undertook the installation and customisation to give us an amazing new kitchen and utility area. Can thouroughly recommend!

Had a need to replace 1 cupboard as the…

Had a need to replace 1 cupboard as the previous one had an expansion vessel in it. Worked out more economical to replace the entire cupboard as I needed a backboard as well as a new shelf. Always a good work around, great discount and they always greet me with a smile
