The worst experience

Terrible experience from start to finish! Not all the items delivered, wrong items received, Howdens got wrong measurements-didn't include side panel in calculations. 1st delivery 1st November - last delivery 2 day before Christmas. Paid £3000 for quartz worktop - and I don't believe it's quartz, in fact had a kitchen fitter here a week ago and he didn't think it was quartz. No complaints service, even email the CEO of Howdens twice - Nothing!!!!
