My wife and I visited the Welwyn Garden City Howdens branch on the 25/09/25 and was greeted by Tyler and Pat. It was the best customer service i have ever received!! Amazing, well done. They were both super helpful and went above and beyond to help my wife and I pick our flooring and doors. 5*

The staff at howdens worked quickly to…

The staff at howdens worked quickly to get the engineer out to access the fridge. Engineer confirmed product BER. The replacement arrived quickly and the engineers were back within 24 hrs to fit new fit new fridge and remove broken fridge. I was kept informed during the process and the new fridge has another 3 year warranty. Staff at Welwyn Garden Howdens once again excelled with their customer service. Thanks so much.

Kitchen design
