Unreasonable customer service

Purchased a kitchen and oven off Howdens Willenhall. Oven would not fit into oven housing. Howdens refused to exchange lt or give a credit note as it had no packaging. You have to remove the packaging in order to try to fit it but once packaging removed they refuse to exchange or refund. Same with all appliances it seems. The sizes they give in their brochure is far from accurate. I'm a regular there but won't buy off them again.

Fantastic customer service!

We have been using Howdens for a few years now and the customer service is exceptional. I would like to leave a review on my most recent experience with Howdens (Willenhall branch) - My point of contact has been John who has been fantastic and so helpful with the items I’ve needed to order for our house renovation. In store today I also met with Rosie, who was so knowledgeable and helped ensure I made the correct choices. Both John and Rosie have worked above and beyond any expectations and are both a credit to the Howdens team. They are friendly yet very professional and I will be sure to recommend Howdens Willenhall. Thank you to Howdens, especially John and Rosie for such a positive experience.

Would have been a 5* service

Would have been a 5* service. However due to nobody getting back to me from head office, after I initially called twice to leave feedback by email, regrading the service received from the Willenhall store, I was slightly disappointed. On the other side, the service received from Louis and John has been great from the Willenhall depot. I was originally approached by John the rep who knocked my door, very pleasant person and well mannered. He was well dressed and explained the services they offer. Prior to this, we did go into another Howden's branch for our kitchen and the representative was not interreacting very much, which put us off. So we bought the kitchen from somewhere else. The service from John, gave me confidence to go back. I then attended the store to make my purchase and once again the service from the staff, especially Louis was great. He helped me in choosing my items and also gave me ideas of what could be achieved. On this basis, I would definitely use Howden's, especially the Willenhall Branch.
