Our thanks to The Howden's Witham Team. From initial visit, through planning and final mock up, to delivery was a first class experience. We made a couple of late changes-no problem. The Witham depot in Essex was…

The Witham depot in Essex was excellent but what made the whole experience top class was dealing with the kitchen designer Jay he was helpful with ideas extremely nice to deal with nothing was too much trouble for him the whole experience was excellent very pleased

Howdens Witham are great!

Spectacular customer service from Jay at Howdens Witham! He's very knowledgeable, really helpful, quick and efficient. I've been really surprised with how good Howdens have been. On the downside I had a couple (literally two out of a whole kitchen install) of items with minor defects. On the upside, they were exchanged same day without any quibbles or issues. It's been a top experience!

Greeted promptly and friendly. Trainee served me with another staff member in attendance and stepping in to assist when needed. Order dealt with and advise about other products given when requested. Very helpful as usual.
