They were always receptive to my visits, which were several during my house reservation. They collected any items that were surplus to requirement and refunded all parts straight away. They replaced an item damaged in transit promptly so that the kitchen was completed on time.

From our initial walk-in to collection of kitchen carcasses, appliances and work tops, the team at Howdens Wolverhampton have been nothing but amazing. Scott has been our point of contact throughout and he has kept us up to date with quotes and rendered images which we have been able to edit as much as we want with no grimes. Manny came to complete our measurements which was quick and effective. On collection day Emma and Josh had no issue giving us a hand which made it fast and efficient for us. Such friendly and helpful people throughout our experience, especially as new home owners, cannot recommend them enough!

Zero Stars - avoid this company

I would have given zero stars if I could. Avoid this company entirely. The Shaw Road Wolverhampton branch made major measurement errors in our kitchen design and then refused to take any responsibility. After taking our money, they even claimed we “were not the customer” and refused to communicate with us altogether. The customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. Staff at this branch appeared to withhold final panels after we raised concerns with head office, and when our builders uncovered the issue, the team closed ranks and denied everything. At no point were we offered the home measuring service they advertise as standard, which makes their claims misleading at best. Had they actually carried this out, many of their mistakes could have been avoided. The designer clearly struggled to read or interpret basic measurements, which is alarming given they are supposed to be the experts. We have been completely let down at every stage — from design to communication to accountability. If you are considering a new kitchen, go elsewhere. This company provides an unacceptable level of service, and their customer care is neither customer‑focused nor supportive.
