            Serving size

            This Christmas truffle recipe makes 25-30 truffles, so there will be plenty to share with your family and friends. Make multiple batches to give as Christmas gifts – they will keep in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.

            Ingredients

            For the truffles:
            200g double cream
            25g light muscovado sugar
            1 large cinnamon stick
            ½ vanilla pod, split
            Finely grated zest of ½ orange
            1 pinch salt
            225g dark chocolate


            To decorate:
            75g dark chocolate, grated
            60g white chocolate
            Holly and berry sugar sprinkles
