Wonderful experience
We have been blown away by the service we have received from your Totton,Southampton Branch. Leah our kitchen designer was amazing from start to finish. She made us feel like we were her only customer. Her design skills are second to none and at all times listened to what are needs were. Her enthusiasm for your products shines through as she explained the different features of your kitchens. During the build she was there for any questions we or our fitter had. Even if Leah wasn't there the team in Totton were always ready to help. The kitchen itself is fantastic. The quality is great and looks absolutely stunning.

Impressed with timber kitchen and exceptional staff - what a find!
We recently bought our new kitchen from Howdens and cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first visit to the final installation, the service we received was exceptional every step of the way. We wanted a timber kitchen and so we also visited Neptune, DIY Kitchens, Magnet, Wren and on every level Howdens beat the competitors with quality and service. The whole team went above and beyond to help us — nothing was ever too much trouble. Every single person we dealt with, whether it was planning, ordering, or sorting out the details, was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in getting our kitchen right. We felt supported throughout the entire process and never had a single concern that wasn't addressed quickly and professionally. Carl really has a great team, the counter staff were consistently brilliant. With some other companies you get stuck on the phone but here you have a face to the name and outstanding service consistently. We were impressed with every area of the experience: the quality of the products, the advice we were given, and the level of care taken to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. It's rare to find a team so consistently helpful across the board, our thanks go to Lucy (our Kitchen Designer) who was fantastic throughout, she guided us with her expertise and support throughout. Nick too was on call if needed and both invaluable in the whole process. Exceptional service from start to finish, we could not have asked for more. If you're considering a new kitchen, do yourself a favour and go to Howdens — the team there are amazing, and they'll look after you brilliantly. Thank you to everyone involved — it's a five-star experience from beginning to end! And don't get me started on how good the coffee is there, thanks guys!
