Great run for a great cause

Howdens paid his £50 entry fee, and Clare Carpenter of the Alnwick depot secured his place on the run. Then it was all down to Keith to do his best over the run’s 13.1 miles. He trained five times a week, covering 40-50 miles, and took the event in his stride.
