In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim, you will need to contact your local depot with your proof of purchase, and they will be able to help you through the process.
If a Lamona branded appliance has a functionalitly problem due to a defect in the manufacturing process of raw materials, we will promtly and without charge arrange for its replacement or repair.
