Top Quality Kitchen and Excellent Service
Right from the start the service we received from Howdens was first class. We were looking for a kitchen and Gary from the Irvine branch came to visit us to plan it for us. Gary was very helpful and gave us very good advice. The plan he came up with was perfect and when we visited the store, he advised us on doors and worktops. During the fitting we discovered that one of the units was damaged, however a call to Gary and it was replaced without question. It had to be sourced from another branch, but Gary ensured we had it the next day, as we had an appointment to have the kitchen templated for worktops. Gary was always at the end of the phone for any questions we had...however trivial and was extremely helpful throughout. We are delighted with our kitchen. Top quality prebuilt kitchen cabinets and beautiful doors and a service that we cannot fault. I would definitely recommend Howdens to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Brilliant service
We wanted to match up some existing units and Megan, Zac and Liam really couldn't have been more helpful. They were so kind and even tho it wasn't a full kitchen they made sure we got exactly what we needed. If ever you want to go somewhere where you are really looked after and can get incredible quality products go to Chepstow Howdens they go above and beyond!!!

We’ve had an outstanding experience with the team at Howdens Thurmaston, and Corey in particular, who has been exceptional from the start. From the very first point of contact, Corey was prompt, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He quickly arranged a convenient time to visit our home, where he took the time to carefully measure up and talk us through all the available options in a clear and approachable way. What really stood out was the level of communication and flexibility throughout the process. Corey worked around our schedule to arrange a visit to the branch, where we were able to explore the different ranges and develop our kitchen design. At every stage, nothing ever felt like too much trouble for Corey, he was more than happy to tweak layouts and styles until we felt happy with our choices. His expertise and guidance were invaluable, offering thoughtful suggestions while always respecting our preferences. Combined with his friendly and professional approach, it made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. A Masterclass in Service and Expertise
I cannot recommend the team at Howdens Sowerby Bridge highly enough. From start to finish, they treated my kitchen renovation with as much heart and dedication as if it were their own home. It was always going to be challenging and no small feat with my 200 year old cottage and the existing 50 year old kitchen, which quite literally did not have a single straight wall in the building, this project was never going to be "standard." It required more than just a supplier, it required a team with genuine expertise and problem-solving skills. The Experience, professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Every meeting, call and email was met with genuine care. They didn't just listen to my vision, they collaborated with me to turn a complex set of requirements into a stunning reality. It is with special recognition and heartfelt thank you to Alex and Vic. They truly went the extra mile whether it was accommodating my last-minute changes, popping up to the house to check measurements in person, or acting as a sounding board for my ideas. Their support turned what could have been a stressful process into a joy.
