Howdens Esher Branch
Esher branch of Howdens has been so poor at responding to requests. They have taken deposit money but shown no evidence of having received it (ie I have no receipt / no email proof etc), they say they will come back to me but never do. It’s literally like trying to get blood from a stone. Decided to go elsewhere as I am so fed up with the poor customer service that I can’t imagine what it would be like once it came to actually getting the units. So now to request a refund, let’s see how that goes!! My builder had advised me not to use Howdens as they’d had very poor service at another local branch, but I didn’t take their advice at first as I liked the look of the product. A mistake!
