Massive Thank You to the team, especially Tiffany and Jeffnar at Burntwood Howdens for their impressive customer service. We went into branch several times to look at kitchen doors, colours and styles, and on each occasion they showed patience and experience of what could work for us. We changed our choice of some handles and they exchanged them with no quibble. Great communication throughout, swift delivery of goods and delighted with the end result.

Kitchen for refurbing a flat for sale

I bought a kitchen for a flat I intend to sell from Howdens in Hainault just before christmas. The kitchen designer was Wendy Mills. She was extremely helpful - all the way from initial consultation, talking me through the available ranges, measuring-up and in buying a couple of items post installation. She was always responsive to my queries and a delight to work with. The kitchen looks great fitted and I'm sure it will last a good, long time

Howdens Martlesham

Just finished having a Howdens kitchen fitted from Howdens Martlesham (Ipswich). Service was excellent from design through order processing to delivery. Kayleigh's service was excellent, but the whole team were professional and responsive. Any short shipments or changes were never too much trouble. Invoices and credit notes were dealt with efficiently. They also worked as a team with our kitchen fitter and the specialist quartz worktop company.
