Great help real care and kindness. Product knowledge was great in person and on the phone. The Caracas construction is great by comparison to Wren the mounting system and the strength is so much better. Customising cabinets to fit under a tricky sink was a real pleasure. Kitchen Designer was friendly, communicated clearly with a high level of detail. In the store the staff were friendly and there was no issue at all returning a damaged Oven hood and getting a refund on spares following the kitchen fit. The kitchen fitter was brilliant, friendly funny and a perfectionist. 10/10 Matt and Louise
