Called accounts 3 times to ask if they could take credit notes off outstanding balance before I paid my invoice, every time I was told it's already been taken off!! Paid invoice now it's showing as in credit

The worst appliances ever

The worst appliances ever. Ovens dangerous.They should be removed from production. Housing of oven doesnt hold shelves. Oven door bounces. Uneven heat distribution. Very unsafe.

Buying a new kitchen????…

We had a very positive/ pleasant experience while buying a new kitchen from Howdens (Aberdare), what a fantastic team of people that work here. Everyone who we came into contact with was friendly, courteous and professional. From designing the kitchen...thank you Ieuan Evans for your patience and kindness, you really listened to what we wanted and strived to provide it, too staff on front desk, thanks Rhys/Georgia...again nothing was to much trouble. Howdens also put us In touch with a fantastic kitchen installer Ryan Howells, a superb fitter that went that extra mile and achieved perfection. We cannot express what a fabulous experience the whole process was. Many thanks , Cheryl and Brian.
