I had fantastic customer service from Howdens Aberystwyth. There was a problem some months after fitting the kitchen and Colin and Jack came out to have a look and worked out what the problem was and advised accordingly. I needed to order a piece which was in stock and it was all sorted. I can't fault the after sales care and the way customers are treated with value. Thank you so much.

We called our local depot and spoke to the salesperson regarding a new larder fridge. The salesperson was really helpful and within 24 hours the fridge was being delivered. The whole service was very professional and the delivery person was friendly, helpful and professional. A brilliant service all round.

Invoking a warranty

After a handful of years a couple of our internal door handles ceased to function correctly. I contacted Howdens Oswestry who got straight onto the problem and put me through to Howdens Aberystwyth from where the handles came originally. Howdens honoured the warranty without quibble and bent over backwards to source similar handles (now out of stock) and when they couldn`t find any, gave me a full refund and links to similar handles at other companies. Everything was done very swiftly and with kindness and courtesy. Thanks to Lewis and Jack.
