Steve's team at the Accrington branch run the best howdens in the north West. always welcoming extremely helpful and never fail to deliver. Steve took my feedback to head office about the stickers on the holdenby doors. They have now changed the adhesive on the stickers so I no longer spend just as long removing the stickers as I did hanging the doors. Ellie always greats me with a smile and always helps me wherever she ca. A* keep up the great guys

Thank you Lynne for making the whole process seamless!

I wasn't looking forward to planning a whole new kitchen layout, but Lynne W, the Lead Kitchen Designer at the Accrington branch of Howdens, made the entire measuring and design process seamless. Despite my rather jumbled explanation of what we wanted, Lynne listened carefully and went away to create the perfect kitchen layout and style based on our discussions. When we visited the showroom, the visual plans were exactly what we’d hoped for. She was incredibly patient while I explored different colour combinations for the cabinets, doors, worktops, handles and sink! She also took the time to explain the various storage solutions and appliance options available, making the whole experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming. I came away really happy with the final design, the choices we made and the overall cost. I just hope the installation goes as smoothly! Thank you so much Lynne - it was a pleasure.
