Howdens in Acton is the top store out of all!

From the moment I walked in Howdens (Acton), I felt at home as all the staff are so very welcoming – warm greetings, drinks offered, readiness to assist and excellent communication. Advisers are so attentive and really listen and understand the client. Steph is the manager there and she is excellent - ever so helpful, quick at resolving anything. Her communication skills are second to none! She is supper efficient and very patient. I am very glad I chose Howdens at Acton as the whole team there is fantastic. Kavita, Esther, Erica, Elliot, Carl, Mark - all very helpful, pleasant to speak to. They really care about costumers. It is rare to find a team so effective and also united. They seem to get on well with each other and I could see there is a very positive atmosphere there. If I had to rate this store – it is 10 out 10! Will definitely recommend my friends to use them and will go back there if I have to! My experience with them is one to remember for long time! Thank you so much! My kitchen looks so beautiful! I can't wait to enjoy it.

Outstanding kitchen designer and overall experience

I cannot speak too highly of the experience. The kitchen designer got everything right and the finished product was just what I wanted. The process of commissioning and purchase was easy and Howdens was flexible when I had to change the dates. The quality of the goods is very high. I would highlight that the designer I used was brilliant because she was happy to be in touch through the build stage answering simple questions which not only reassured me but gave a better final product. I feel this that was a level of service that was well above what might be expected and these days seems rare. I strongly recommend them and would use again.

Great experience with Howdens (Acton)

We bought our kitchen from Howden. The manager Peter and the designer Erica were extremely helpful with the design. Everything was delivered on time and any issues were dealt with promptly. We now enjoy our kitchen everyday and it was a great experience working with Howdens.
