Steven - excellent customer service

My wife and i visited the depot as we are looking to replace our interior doors. Steven attended to us and the fact i don't really do reviews says it all. He was excellent in guiding us through everything we needed to know about doors. He was engaging, knowledgeable and so attentive to our needs. Not at any point did we feel rushed. Well done Steve and much appreciated.

Online is poor

I like the products. It's a pitty that the online experience is so poor. I have never used another trade merchant that gets you to put what you need in a list but then calls you in 3 days to actually make the purchase. And then you can't make a payment online either. The online experience is a shambles, but in store is great

I would like the appliances at the…

I would like the appliances at the following branch investigated as they are a fire hazard; I would also like to invite someone from your office to my property to come test the appliances and request that Adrian the Electrician used by the following branch Electrical qualifications are looked at with great detail as his entering peoples properties; under Howdens kitchen instruction and as I work in a team that deals with repairs I am concerned more properties and families lives are being put at great danger. I would also like the following depo's colleague's certs looked at; as if someone is given a job to design kitchens you would expect them to have someone sort of qualifications when selling appliances that are partial related to fire hazards. It seems this unit has been trading unruly and I would like to save as many families as I can who have been lied to and stripped of they rights; i would also like the fire department colleague to attend my property with a Howdens senior manager as they appliances tested unsafe 3 times yet according to Deborah in the complaints team the following appliances are safe and the customer is wrong. I would like all families and customers who have been wronged to be served with justice; I am scared for my life since having the following appliances installed last week Friday - and being pregnant with other health concerns and left feeling hopeless. BASICALLY RUN - DO NOT BUY FROM THE FOLLOWING COMPANY THEY SELL DANGEROUS APPLIANCES THAT ARE A FIRE HAZARD AN FAIL ELECTRICAL TESTS MORE THAN 3 TIMES!!!! THEY LITERALLY LEFT A PREGNANT WOMEN SCARE TO USE THE OVEN AND STOVE; THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AS THEY MISTREAT THEY ETHNIC MINORITY CUSTOMERS!!!! THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND AN ITEM NOT USED AND DELIVERED THE SAME DAY AND YOU ARE BETTER OF GOING TO B&Q OR SOMEWHERE ELSE BE WARNED THEE WORST TRADING COMPANY EVER - LETS SHUT IT DOWN!!!!
