Don't expect any aftercare

I spent over £14,000 on a Howdens kitchen in 2022. Just over three years later, the fridge developed an insulation fault confirmed by an engineer, leaving it beyond repair. Customer service refused to help, saying the warranty had expired, despite the fact that a fridge should last far longer than three years. I’d already overlooked issues like peeling cupboard handles, and poor quality internal door clips but this has really undermined my confidence in the overall quality and durability. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be choosing Howdens kitchens or buying appliances through them again. No formal complaints procedure and just get fobbed off by customer services. UPDATE: Don’t be fooled by Howdens’ replies to negative reviews – it’s just a public facade. I emailed the 'reviews team' with all of the details as they publicy requested as well as chased up multiple times over the last 2 weeks and have had barely an acknowledgement and no progress since. I’m not normally one to leave reviews or complain, but the customer service has been just as disappointing as the product quality.

I have found howdens to be very professional I can walk into a branch nowhere near me and can collect anything I need for a ongoing job as they can see whot I'm using from account ther product is a bit superior to that of ther competitors the staff always helpful and understanding this for me goes a long way
