Kitchen design and planning

After considering various outlets, we settled on Howdens for our new kitchen . Their showroom was well displayed and inspiring, and once we indicated we were interested, we were introduced to our designer, Ashley. She made a home visit and after consulting our architectural drawings, she came up with some initial ideas. Her knowledge and expertise instilled confidence and put us totally at our ease. We were taken through many possibilities and plans and given very clear indications about what would and wouldn’t work for us. The computer enhanced images were a great asset. Ashley’s knowledge and advice was second to none. Even encountering minor problems (because of space, sizes etc) she quickly produced a solution. From start to finish our experience with this company was excellent.

Great kitchen experience at Howdens Ardrossan

Great experience at Howdens Ardrossan with a new kitchen. Staff were welcoming, friendly and polite on my initial visit. Designer Ashley then took the time to understand what I was looking for which set us on the right path and helped us come quickly to a design. She was then very patient and accomodating whilst I dithered over some of the detail. During installation the fitter recommended a slight change for the better and Ashley made it all happen. I'm overall delighted with the result. I'd also mention there was no hard sell or constant follow ups just friendly, professional service.

The folks in the office

The folks in the office, the guys loading stuff on pallets, the designers, the person who helped me get a wee coffee, the wonder-women who actually (probably) keep the Ardrossan branch motoring on! If my incoming kitchen units are as good as these folks, we'll be dancin'! THANK YOU ALL Did I mention the person who gave me a biscuit ...

Knowledgable, accommodating and with a healthy dose of cheer!

Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgable, friendly and brimming with honest, practical advice and ideas. Ashley redid our kitchen layout what must have seemed to her like eleventy-billion times, dealing with changing scope, architect plans and my latest 'great idea'. Let's just say it took me a while to commit to a specific range. In the end, I got an absolute belter of a kitchen that I'm delighted with, it meets all our needs and looks absolutely fantastic. Many thanks to Ashley, her breadth of experience across building, planning and the Howden's range was invaluable.

Well done Danielle

We recently chose Howdens to supply a new kitchen, after visiting other suppliers.We were impressed by Daniel’s knowledge, the care showed in helping us to choose the individual units, after a visit to our home. All this was done without any pressure from Danielle. The units were delivered on time and fitted as promised. We are more than happy with the finished kitchen.

Excellent staff and order processing

Excellent staff and order processing. The only downside is that Howdens don’t have their own delivery service, the charge for using their preferred courier is so expensive.

Staff were extremely helpful and…

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. They knew their products in great detail. Visited our house for new kitchen and flooring. Were very thorough and the result is a very much more useful kitchen and it looks better too.

Everything from planning to the end…

Everything from planning to the end result! Gemma came out to run through suggestions and plan my new kitchen - she completely made me feel at ease and is a credit to Howdens. I then visited Howdens to see my new kitchen and was blown away with Gemma's ideas. The team, Ryan & Matthew, Mark & Blake, Mikey & Ross were all amazing at what they do, professional and cleaned up - would highly recommend them all. The end result - stunning new kitchen which has been completely transformed. Thanks again Howdens and team

Design of new kitchen

Attended at the Ardrossan branch to view their range of kitchens. While there we met Danielle and she took us through their range and arranged a home visit to measure up. Following the visit she produced drawing and we subsequently purchased a kitchen and flooring at a competitive price. Danielle was very helpful and would encourage us to use the branch for any future renovations.
