Called the store a couple of times only to be put on hold in an endless loop or for the person on the phone to hang up immediately. I understand they can be busy at times but a quick two second message to say so would be nice.

Aviemore Howdens could show other branches how to do it!!

The Aviemore Howdens team are a joy to deal with compared to other Howden branches who are not interested and wouldn’t even come to do a site measure in the Carluke area when I dealt with them there. The Aviemore team couldn’t be any nicer,efficient, knew the products and is a credit to Howdens. I’d stopped using Howdens recently because of other branches non interest. But the girl called Farron who runs Aviemore seems to be on the ball as does them all at that branch!

I phoned and asked for the kitchen…

I phoned and asked for the kitchen design man to call and give a quote for a new kitchen he came and produced a design sent it out we cost and photo shots as to what it would look like. we added changes and ask many questions and it was no problem to them helping us. I I was very satisfied with he service . Would recommend this store for the service and good manor staff
